Buy korean contact lenses. They've given me the "bambi eye" look for a variety of situations. 1. Policeman letting a $300 over dollar fine go for not stopping at the stop line. 2. Getting caught for illegal parking outside library. 3. Having a more than 7kg heavy carry on bag onboard jetstar. 4. Late assignments, late to lectures, overdue books. 5. Discounts at the markets 6. Getting my way out of a trolley scramble in the supermarket. 7. More kimchi at the korean stall in the food court I kid you not. These lenses are awesome. HAHA. | | |
| Indulge me as I lament the passing of days. I can't help but think about how quickly this year has flown past. I thought it would be difficult not going back to Singapore in the winter break. But it was not. Australia is a place where everything is a step slower and where life can be cherished. 
It's a place that has given me the opportunity to pursue my future. It's a place with more happy memories than sad ones. 
It's my second home. I've come to realise that two homes are better than one. Because you treasure each home more than if you only had one. xoxo | | |

| I am not a shoe girl. I don't have a million shoes piled up in a closet somewhere. I would think I'm more of a bag girl. I do have bags piled up in a closet somewhere. Bags are a lot more fun because I always seem to find random bits of cash strewn here and there. It's always a nice surprise to find a ten dollar note in a bag long forgotten. But I've been looking for peep toes for the longest time. Peep toes with some sort of heel. Today, I found the perfect pair of shoes.

Look at the beauty. :) I'm contemplating wearing it on QF51, because our luggage is bursting and I don't want to squish these lovely shoes in a bag. :( It's so difficult to be a female. | | |
| It's like 42 degrees today! So hot! We had a bit of "leaving-for-singapore-buy-lots-of-australian-products" shopping to do. But after that was done, we headed straight home and here I am in my room with the air-conditioner on at full blast. I also ate so much today. I had some leftover restaurant food, chocolates, curry puff from the market, meatball pasta, lime jell-o, soya bean milk, cashew nuts... etc. I'm on a calorie roll! :D There is also a dinner tonight and I'm going to be stuffed. Well, something about the hot weather makes me just want to eat more. Oh well. What will I be without food? | | |
