tides of memories just washed over me just now. you know, one of those moments where your life flashes past your eyes. well, i wasn't about to die, but my school life just died with my convocation just now. school life as i know it, at least (no, i think phd or masters will feel very different, not really school life). so, memories of my four years in sci, with all my batch mates - they're more friends than schoolmates.

aaron! heh, it was really fun irritating you through all the lectures we had together these four years. "the eraser dust will stick together..." remember? :p haha, and somehow i remember celebrating your bday with all the rest of our yr 1 gang in canteen 3.. that sticks out in my mind, somehow!
heh, with the couple! i was really happy for both of you when you got together. well, actually i was happier for renee, since she got the better catch. hahahaha.. im kidding im kidding!!
my dear dear fyp and magazine tutor - andrew duffy!! it was a joy to be in your class.. wonderful teacher and person.. heh, hope to see you at future philwinds concerts!
ashley, aaron and renee! heh, i rem doing that broadcast journ piece in yr 2 (??) with ashley, kewei and carol.. one of the highlights of my four years, surely! :) heh, all that scrambling to get contacts for our transexual report, and finally getting it (really enjoyed shooting it with you all!), and then having to rush to edit through the day and the night and the day, and how everything nearly came apart at about 5am when everyone turned cranky.. :p but it was all worth it in the end!! sigh, too bad kewei wasn't there today.. :(
carol!! heh, i guess the strongest memory must be our fyp trip! to face all that uncertainties before we started the project and the trip, and then to encounter all those interesting and hospitable people, and not to mention the glorious food! it was a joy having you in school the past 4 yrs!

jeff!! heh, can never forget how you convinced me you were my classmate in dunman!! haha, somehow i believed ya.. hey, but not coz i was that dumb, just that you look like this other jeff i had in my class in dunman k!! :p

celebrity of my school! haha.. hmmm, one incident still sticks out in my mind.. remember being in the same social psych class in yr one, and dear gan su lin always makes us play games during her lesson.. haha.. well, there was this game when the guys had to piggyback the gals from one end to the other end of the room blindfolded, and i was thinking "man, joanne's really light".. guess that's the pre-requisite for stardom these days?

renee!! haha, the bright spark who always argues with me.. k lah, i think i start the arguments half the time.. but i dun do that much with other pple, so u shld feel honoured! :p hmmm, can always remember the time in yr one when you barged into my room in the middle of the night to chat, even though i didn't really know you!! haha.. you were staying over at fernn's room just upstairs.. guess i never thought we'd be doing fyp together at that time! hope you get the nac job.. :)
