| Yuck! I hate this time of the year. Halloween is almost everything I fear smashed in to one day and it sucks! My biggest fear is people in costumes ecspecially when I dont know them and even more especially if its a clown costume and even more especially if they stay in character and dont come out of it. I also hate being scared and going through haunted houses so it doesnt help that my floor is making a haunted "house" in the lounge. I think I'm going to lock myself in my room all day (except when I have to go to class) and hope that no one knocks on my door. |

| Yup, I'm in college now and its really wierd not seeing the same people and places that I would see normally. It's really wierd here. Everyone is obssessed with Buffalo Bills football and some hockey team . Also there is some guy who escaped the prison in Albany and shot two state troopers on the loose here and people keep talking about that. Other than that I kind of like staying in the dorms and once I find more friends it will probably be more fun. The only thing that I've found that I dont like is how the bathroom is across the hall and not in my room. And when you take a shower you are just in this stall where if someone walks by they can see you and if you're in the stall at the very end of the bathroom there are these glass tiles that look out into the courtyard and at night people can see inside. The classes aren't as bad as the teachers in high school make them out to be. I remember being told that we were going to have to write 10-23 page papers all the time and every teacher I've had so far has said that usually we wont get a paper thats more than 6-8 pages because they dont want to read a paper thats long.

| Today was the craziest day at work. At first I went in and found out that I had been assisting scammers by returning their expensive crap. The other day these four women came to me with over 600 dollars worth in returns all cash back but they had receipts so I didn't think anything of it and just gave them their money back. While I was doing it they told me this whole story about how they were going to catch a plane at 11 that night to go to Miami and blah blah blah. I realized that they had cut off the bottoms of their reciepts which I thought was wierd but hey people are strange. So what I guess they had been doing was following people out of the store and getting their reciepts out of the garbage then cutting off the bottom of the receipt since sometimes it has someones name on it then going and finding the stuff and returning it and they have been doing it for a really long time at a bunch of sears stores from connecticut to here. Well I was told that they probably wouldn't come in since they thought that I thought they were in Miami however apparently they thought I was more stupid than I am and came in. She gave me a receipt that had the bottom torn off and so was most of the top that had the barcode on it. so I called security and they had a screaming match with her. He told her that he had several tapes of her returning stuff to me and that he wouldn't allow her to return anymore. So she yelled at him and sid that he was an a-hole and that she was returning the stuff because she was in a fashion show (her ugly ass was not in any fashion show). What I want to know is why was she wearing three of the same bathing suit and a comforter and sheets in a fashion show. So yeah that was my exciting day!! |

| Since when did xanga become the it place for little (edit) Big girl drama(is that better). I love when they all say things about being mature and then you realize that their fighting on an internet blog/journal website. It is however slightly entertaining to read. It reminds me of middle school when I hated me and Kaitlyn hated eachother for no reason, well maybe there was a reason but it just wasn't important enough to remember. So anyway we used to get people in our group of friends to be on our sides and then we would make evil plans against eachother like not inviting one person to a party but inviting everyone else. Yeah that really sucks being left out of a party when you know all of your other friends are there. It also really sucked when everyone would gang up on you, it seems like that happened a lot in middle school. I wonder why that happens? Probably a fear of not fitting in cause I know it definetly wasn't about keeping true to your friends. That's probably the biggest false perception among middle schoolers/ 9th graders, that the friends that they have at the time are the friends they will have for the rest of their lives. Really they are all just going behind eachothers backs talking about eachother, calling eachother lesbians and bimbos or whatever they can possibly say to make themselves better than the person they are talking about and by the time they are in the middle of their freshman year they will all have different best friends. It sounds lame that I just wrote this whole thing but it's true because the friends I had in 6th grade were different from the friends I had in 7th grade, and the friends I had in 7th grade were not at all the same as the ones I had in 8th grade. When I was in 8th grade I remember talking to older people most of them told me that my friends would change and I wouldn't be friends with them anymore and I thought yeah right I'll be best friends with these people for the rest of my life. Yeah, that didn't happen. Even though we're kind of still friends we aren't the talk to eachother everyday and hang out every weekend kind of friends as we used to be. But I found new friends who are better so that's a good thing.
So anyway back to me. Ive been working a lot, making no money and getting around 0 credit card applications from people (mostly because I don't ask them)(even though I did get one today but only because she asked for it). My last day is August 10th WOOHOO!!!! I'm so excited. Then I'm going on vacation with Dave and his family. From there I'm going on vacation with Mom and Tom, and Liv to Boston for shopping and a baseball game at Fenway. So that should be exciting. Oh then I leave for school August 25th. I got a letter from my school last week and I was really excited because it was roomate information but then I opened it and I don't have a roommate. I was a little worried at first but then I realized that I get a room all to myself. It will be all of my stuff so everything will match. And that is all I have to say. |
