mikey: yes. promise i won't throw up?
me: yes.
we used to say that to each other every night before we went to bed
between the bathrooms in our room from when i was about seven until i
was about ten. i was very much afraid of not falling asleep and mikey
was ridiculously afraid of puking ever since a rice incident when he
was in third grade.

on the upside of it all, one of laura's friends said my "face exudes cuteness". that was nice.

| ah, penn. fun people. fun times. it's all so swell.
i got this neck cramp last night and now i can't turn left just like
zoolander and it sucks. yesterday we hung out, went to pataya for
dinner, drank some keg, some franz, and good times were had by all. i'm
really excited to go to paris, though, as i'm realizing that i'm ready
for this semester break.
i left my computer lying around downstairs last night and someone wrote this on it:
A dog walked toward a tree
The tree smelled of something unusual, something the dog had
never smelled before
a squirrel emerged from its den, which happened to be
adjacent to the unusually smelling tree.
The squirrel looked at the dog, and saw kindness in its
eyes.
It approached the dog with a smile on its face, as far is
squirrels can smile, anyway
The dog opened its mouth to speak, but then ate the squirrel,
in a battle lost to temptation.
