WELL WELL! i am a winemaker. yep, i make wine... at a vinyard. i pick it, crush it, barrel it, bottle it and ship it out. and i have cool co-workers as well. heck yah! enuf about work.

 this area of n.california is tuff for music (well my music anyway). i have crazy promotion and even radio play radio play but the kids arent showing up... its because i am white and dont play reggae. oh well. i miss oregon, i will go back someday.

i just finished up a lil' california tour. got to play some music, meet some people, see some friends, it was swell. during the 6 days i got to play live on the radio and play with the likes of: Half Handed Cloud, kat Jones, Southern Oregon Gospel Trio (well nate anyway) and Britta Hentschel. a huge thanks to you who made it out to watch and hang out.

i delayed the relese of my new album. i had a bad cold the whole recording session and was not happy with how it came out. so i am going to re-do the whole thing.

wow... it is amazing how time marches on... everything has changed. i live in a cabin by a river in the woods in a christian living community with my wife!?! how did all of this happen. i guess some dreams do come true and other dreams die. i am still making music. lately i have been playing less live (goes with the winter season i think) but getting played more on the radio. i should be ready to put out a new album by christmas. i may also have a live album soon. i have sold 200 copies of "dispite it all" and nearly 300 of "consumer appreciation." 500 cds may not seem like a lot but when you consider that isnt sold in stores (well not many stores) that is a lot i think. friends come and go, people die, babys are born... life is bitter-sweet and i love it.  i wish you could all live out here with me in the trees. - ty
