Shea's Exploring

Mom, I am ready to learn about this great big world God created!

On our walks the past week I have told him over and over again what God created on which day. "Impress them on your children. Talk about them when you sit at home and when you walk along the road, when you lie down and when you get up." Deut. 6:7... Maybe by the time he is two he can answer all of the VBS questions!
Here is what evidence he saw from the work of God...Flowers, leaves, birds chirping (he loves "tweet! tweet!"), cows, cats, all sorts of farm things! At the end of the outing Shea delivered flowers to two of his Great Grandmas: Mildred and Betty. They were delighted!

His cuteness is even more apparent in an outdoor setting!

I think that first video is just a taste (pun intended) of what Eminence will be like this year for Shea and Alexa.  There are so many bugs and rocks to be taste-tested!

Tell Maddy that I don't think Blake is going to be brave enough to feed the cows; he just got warmed up to petting our neighbors dogs that weigh about six pounds.  But a trip to Iowa is in the works--we're thinking Mother's Day possibly.  How does that work for you guys?

Great picture of Shea!  I'm thinking you should send your clip of the cat to America's Funniest home videos.  We watched that the other night and Jaden and I couldn't stop laughing.

That first picture sure is a framer.  Shea's hair is so pretty; I will definitely have to nuzzle him next time we see him!

I am glad you are having a spring day once in a while in Iowa, too.  They seem hard to find this year, but I guess that makes us appreciate them even more!

Way to go, Ginger!  Isn't it fun being back in this stage of every new thing being ever so exciting?  But Kiana sure is getting into things--I sometimes ask myself 'why doesn't she know to leave this alone?  I've already taught it three times!!!'  ha!  I don't think he could be any cuter--I love to check out your site just to see what a cutie he is! ;)

Loved the videos.  Today, Blake says, "That's Nikki's song."  when the song came on that was the theme for Nikki's state fair 5K.  - Matt
