Art - my project of decay is quite interesting.
I really didn't think about what I wanted to do. So I just randomly picked "decay".

I decided to make an image of Jesus with toasts ytd...
I seriously felt like a retard, waiting for the toaster to burn those toasts in 5 minutes, take them out, put raw ones in, take them out, put raw ones in, take, put, take , put, tick tac tick tac, it took me an hour to do so. I have 100 to go?! Plus it takes so much precision for me to figure out which toast goes where on the image. I need to talk to Ian about it......Bascially, I sound mental.
Why Jesus? Well, I am looking at the meaning of life & death in my transition project. And religion is the beginning of spiritual and physical recarnation. I used to hate Damien Hirst. But for this project, I feel like he's changed my point of view of art. Somehow, his stuff is so "right in your face" that you can't escape but wonder - why? how? what is this for?
I guess I need to learn from him.
I wish I did more about "sex" for my Saatchi coursework...I would've gone crazy with that....
The weather's amazing. And I went swimming with Sharon & Wincy ytd night.
I feel brand new.......
