| Another storm hit this morning. Just when there was a slight glimpse of grass under the snow, I awoke to blowing snow. There is no sight of my porch or driveway again, which means shoveling if and when it stops. I would be lying if I said I like this. The good news is that I am leaving in the morning for Missouri for the week. |

| I woke up this morning to blizzard number 3. That's right, we have now had our third snow storm in three weeks. Today's is only suppose to yield 4-8 more inches. Of course the wind is howling and visibility is down to almost nothing. It took me an hour to get to work when it's normally 20 minute. Tonight we are suppose to have our annual Board of Directors dinner. It's a big formal thing with a big reception with open bar followed by a formal dinner and then dancing. I hope they cancel it due to the terrible driving conditions, but I doubt they will.
Cancun was excellent though. I had a lot of pool and beach time. I have a great tan right now and it looks funny in this weather. Screw them! |

| Its Friday. As you might have heard, there is over 30 inches of snow in Denver. The problem is, I am in Des Moines, Iowa and I have been stranded here since Tuesday. All the flights have been cancelled and the roads from here to home are closed. I am scheduled to fly to Mexico tonight. I don't know if I will be able to make it back to Denver in time to make that flight and I don't know if that flight will even actually go. My son is flying in from Boston through Chicago, and right now, the Chicago airport is backed up by over 2 hours. When the Denver airport finally does reopen it will be a total zoo. Wish me luck. |

| Four more days until we all fly to Mexico. We will spend a week being pampered at an amazing all-inclusive resort. Envy me! |

| Happy Hanukkah!!! Tonight is the second night of Hanukkah. Last night we went to Temple for a dinner and then services. The place was packed. We had a great time and then came home and lit our own candles. Tonight we are going to the Southlands Mall to see their menorah lighting. They are going to have the Colorado Hebrew Chorale singing as well. After than we are going to do some shopping. I am going to pick out the leather coat that my wife said I get from her for Hanukkah. We are also getting a gift for my father-in-law for his Christmas. |
