What defines America? It may be the slogan "the land of the free, and home of the brave". It may be
the kind and generous people who come together after tragedies like Hurricane Katrina and do what
is right by donating what they have to the victims. America is all of the above. However in the two
novels, Johnny Got His Gun, and Snow Falling On Cedars "doing what is right" and "freedom" are
two American values that are challenged.

well yesterday was actually fuhn .. i got to chill with the hommie jenna and her sis at south coast plaza .. mai gosh i felt so poor though  .. haha we walked round the whole mall nd` i saw mai english teacher mrs. vitale .. haha i was like wow interesting. L0L well yea and we went to guess and we spent s0o much money there xD .. i couldn't help it! it was soo tempting, i got me this shirt .. its real cute and it cost me 45 bucks .. l0l no biggie thoe cuhz they had sum special goin on .. if you spent 100 bucks or more you get a $50 gift card .. sounded like a deal to me .. haha so me and mai mommy spent a whole grip there .. haha. then we went to mai moms friend house, and got our grub on. we left and went home .. ehh` then nothing much realie happened. i talked to mai babii on the phone till 12:30 untill i fell asleep on him .. l0l its ok thoe he noes i love him .. uhm i'll update agen later. |
