A couple months ago I messed up my left shoulder ripping off a 20 minute wheel swap, trading the blizzaks for the sumitomos. Went to the gym today to start rebuilding that arm/shoulder and that side was probably 50% weaker in power and range of motion. To drive the point home, I arm-wrestled Amy, who has recently been bulking up to her chagrin by carrying a sack of potatoes around (ie: Nathanael). We were dead even.
