Relax?/p>
Youe more and more relaxed.
Now, imagine a screen.
A movie screen that unfolds and opens in front of you.
Project on it your favorite place.
Concentrate on your breathing, helping your entire body
relax, to feel at peace.
You don need to change it.
Just let it come and go.
Comend go.
Now?you are there.
Focus on the details.
The colorshe textureshe lighthe temperature, feel the
temperature.
Allow this scene to play out in front of you.
The feeling of peace is infinite.
From "The Sea Inside" (Mar Adentro) film, English subtitles.

| Finally, an end to a long semester which, come to think of it, went by incredibly fast.
My last final was 12/15 and it was by far, the worst one to study for
but as I counted down each excruciatingly long day of finals week I
knew it would be over soon enough and yet again, I would be in winter
break and anticipating another semester around the corner.
Thus, it has come to an end (for now). I was very pleased when my
last clinical day I got to a number of things like Morphine IV push,
insulin and several IV piggybacks (I'm still a beginner).
Now I'm in northern Virginia spending some much needed downtime with
Misono and family and getting adjusted (to the best of my ability) to
the cold, east coast weather that I left behind long ago.
Soon it will be off to NY...
