	LACKING TIME.... Yes, the monster has begun to take its toll...... Actually, life is pretty amazing right now. I wish I just had more time to share my current thoughts, experiences, and insights. I will make a promise to do so on the weekend, though. For now let me just say, school is difficult, track practice is challenging, friends are incredible, God is real = life is good.

Hey Zach! Just thought I'd drop you a comment and see how things are going. I'm so excited that you are on the track team! What events are you doing? I assume nothing funny like javalin. Sprinting or cross country? What's you're best time yet? I've really been working on my speed (at Tahoe, I did 3.2 miles in 20:25, yay!); we'll have to run together on Christmas break. I bet you're at the top of your classes too... Oh, and you must tell me all about this alleged swing club that you're in! Did they teach you the Miami Special? It's super fun.

yeah i seriously am. however, Naval Academy, Merchant Marine Acedemy, Biola, and PHC, are also among my considerations right now.

So great to hear from you again. I'm glad things are going well on the track team. I only assumed that the coach would give you the most challenging events.

Piano is going really great; thanks for asking. I aim for 3 hours a day, but I fall a little short sometimes. You know how it goes... DVC has practice rooms, so I always go there between classes. It's a good way to get in extra time. What's you're repertoire looking like this semester? Does your teacher load you up? I'm doing a Bach Partita (a collection of 5 pieces), a Beethoven Sonata, a Bolero by Liszt, Rachmaninoff Prelude XII, 2 Chopin Etudes, and a 20th century Sonatina. It's a lot.

How are your classes coming? Are you homesick or loving the whole "college experience"? Details, details!!!
