TWO MORE WEEKS!

Yes, I can hardly believe it, but I'll be back home in no more than 14 days.  Granted those days are going to be long and intense, filled with final exams, massive study sessions, and probably some serious snowfall.  But who cares, its only two weeks!

Thanksgiving break embodied the ideal.  Great friends, amazing weather, new places, exciting traveling experiences, and still some time to write papers, just lists a few of the highlights, though the most important ones.  Oh another one would be my new favorite place to eat ribs - Texas Steakhouse!  For all you Californians thats a Midwestern chain restaurant that brings Texas style wherever it goes, including line dancing – performed by the waiters and waitresses.  Of course, the best part would have to be conversations with Adam (and Sarah), and enjoying Nathan's endless humor, not to mention the utterly perplexed expressions from Adam, Nathan, and Hannah when they learned the game Mao.

Well, here are some random pictures of a Trip to Lake Michigan Sarah, a couple good friends, and I took a few weeks ago.  Of course the pictures complements go to Sarah - BUT actual editing (though certianly pretty insiginficant) are mine.

Syncronized handstanding...

The group of us, oh some good times.

Uhm....idk? lol Wouldnt it act like a headless turkey if you did? Wild turkeys are kind of hard to catch, so I would imagine they'd be hard to shoot...... how about you go shoot some turkeys and let me know? =P

Anyways, yeah it went well I guess. I had 2 dinners, kind of 3, lets just say I was pretty tired by the end of that day. Then our snow boarding the trip the next day got cancled cuz of the lack of snow...gr! Why can't that just make it like they do in Cali hehe. Anddddddddd..................yeah.  We are going to Cali in 14 days too, I can't wait!  Just to see the ocean would make my day lol But we will be down south the whole time, theres too much snow to try and cut through Tahoe, saddly. Maybe some other time.  I'm glad to hear you had a good time with the Petersens. I miss them so much, you are very fortunate to be able to vist them. Then again I think we are both equally as close to them now.... I will have to look into that.  Ok so this is long enough, sorry about the length. Have a blessed week!

That picture of you and that other guy ontop of your proud creation is pretty funny:) Your expressions are classic!!!! Hey a blessing I hadn't thought of!!! If I come to Hillsdale I'll be close to some big expanses of water; something I miss. The water out here consists of the creek running by our house, alternativly known as the Big Sioux (whoever decided to call it that hadn't gotten around very much:).And then some lakes which are very green in color.

Hey hey hey! Sand-dune-pretending-to-fly sport! Sounds like good times. They should make that an Olympic sport. I want the gold... Glad you had a good Thanksgiving; I would have been alone (the fam went to Tahoe and I stayed home to work black Friday), but I went to my Aunt Susie's house. It was pretty fun.

I'm so excited for you and Sarah to come home. We should have a huge party and dance for hours. It would be a great way to see a bunch of friends all at once. Did you like swing club, you know, the one you were blackmailed into? Did it cover jive or lyndie? If yes, then you are so teaching me. We'll call it an even trade for salsa lessons.

Have you planned you're schedule for next semester? I'll continue with calculus, take more German, microecon and some elective that I have yet to elect. Sorry this is so long.

Wow! Looks fun!

PEOPLE COME INTO YOUR LIFE FOR A REASON

I am sending this to you to see how many actually read their comments. Your response will be interesting. Pay attention to what you read. After you have finished reading it, you will know the reason it was sent to you. Here goes:

People come into your life for a REASON, a SEASON or a LIFETIME. When you know which one it is, you will know what to do for that person.

When someone is in your life for a REASON, it is usually to meet a need you have expressed. They have come to assist you through a difficulty, to provide you with guidance and support, to aid you physically, emotionally or spiritually. They may seem like a godsend and they are. They are there for the reason you need them to be. Then, without any wrongdoing on your part or at an inconvenient time, this person will say or do something to bring the relationship to an end. Sometimes they die. Sometimes they walk away. Sometimes they act up and force you to take a stand.

What we must realize is that our need has been met, our desire fulfilled,
their work is done. The prayer you sent up has been answered and now it is time to move on.

Some people come into your life for a SEASON, because your turn has come
to share, grow or learn. They bring you an experience of peace or make you laugh. They may teach you something you have never done. They usually give you an unbelievable amount of joy. Believe it, it is real. But only for a season .

LIFETIME relationships teach you lifetime lessons, things you must build upon in order to have a solid emotional foundation. Your job is to accept the lesson, love the person and put what you have learned to use in all other relationships and areas of your life. It is said that love is blind but friendship is clairvoyant.

Thank you for being a part of my life, whether you were a reason, a season or a lifetime.

Send this to every friend that you have on-line, including the person who sent it to you.

If you get:

0 Replies - you may need to work on your "people skills"
2 Replies - you are nice but probably need to be more outgoing
4 Replies - you have picked your friends well
6 Replies - you are downright popular
8 Replies or More - you are totally awesome (and that's probably why
you're on MY list)
