| Hey everyone! Well, this is my attempt of letting everyone know what is going on in my life. I just moved to OKC from Ohio. Been here for about 2 weeks now, and liking it so far. I've had a chance to make a few friends so far, and they are great. A lot has happened in the last 3 weeks. I have moved approximately 1007 miles from anyone or anything I know, I have managed to become single again, finally get my license back (thats a story for another time) and seriously cut down on my smoking. Things here are so much different than in Ohio. Weather is warmer, no snow HALLELUJAH!! Cigarettes are so much more expensive here. Last night i paid $4.49 for a pack of marlboro's...in Ohio i would have paid less than $3. Peoples' driving here PISSES ME OFF! Everyone drives so slow, the light turns green and they start going 5 seconds later. In Ohio when the light turns green, there are already 2 cars through the intersection...LOL. Yeah, as for the single part...back on Tuesday, I discovered that my bf had decided to get a plane ticket to fly from Ohio to Dallas to fuck some guy and probably make a porno with him. Oh well. Only thing about all this that really pisses me off is the fact that HE is the ONLY reason I am in this state. Anyway, on to a better subject...
Looking for a job here. Just in case you're wondering...I am a Network Engineer. I know you're just dying to know what that is. What I do is design, build, implement and maintain the networks in large companies, universities, etc. that tie all the computers together for file sharing, communications, etc. Most people think its hard, but it's really not, I love it. Been doing this for about 5 years now, and I have 7 certifications. (Basically I'm a huge dork) But I do like to do non-dorky things also. The main things I like to do would be; cooking, shopping, hanging with friends, movies, music, working on cars, hunting, fishing (no i'm not a redneck, just a diverse gay guy) and of course just having fun.
Well, i'm gonna get off here for now...I'll put something else in here later tonight, tomorrow or just whenever i feel like it. |
