  • Wendy's Lost

Wendy the cutest dog in the world is lost. I'm feeling a bit lost too. Wendy's been living with us for the past 15 years and 4 months and suddenly the house feels empty without the little pesky puppy. I still call him a puppy even though he's an old dog. I feel emotionally drained and all I can say is that I've the Lord Heavenly Father to thank for bringing Wendy into my family's lives. Wendy has been the rainbow after the storm and he's the meaning of the word miracle. Wendy is truly God's work at hand and he's been a great companion to my family. All I want to pray for now is that Wendy wherever he is, to be safe and if he's alive to come back.

Otherwise... I'd like to wish that Wendy is with my grandmother; united together after 9 years and 3 months of separation. Wendy and my grandmother used to share the same room so now they both can be with each other in Heaven. Wendy was her protector and now they will have a sweet reunion and share back the good old times they had together. I know someday, I'll see Wendy again but not until I've achieved my purpose here.

So I'd like to ask God for now to extend your grace and mercy over Wendy.

  • Shoes, shoes and more shoes

Part of looking good is to have shoes. Lot's of shoes. To men, having a classy pair of shoes is the difference between looking great and average. To women, having the right pair of shoes during a special occasion can mean an unforgettable memory or just a forgettable event. Hence why we find women having lots of shoes as each shoe fits an occasion.

Having a great looking pairs of shoes is not an easy feat. There are many designs to choose from and the design changes every year. This makes it almost impossible to find the right pair at the right time at the right mood. Blowfish Shoes gives you the choice now to select from a wide range of shoes from casuals, sandals and boots. They provide you with pictures of shoes before purchase so that you can match and fit to your dress or suit. Blowfish Shoes carries new line of shoes from famous designer such as Esprit, Aerosoles and more.

Blowfish Women's Shoes catalog provides you with various designs that suits all occasions. I personally would like to say that the sandals are pretty nice in design and could be worn for all occasions - whether it's a trip to the beach or just a stroll down the park.

As for the Blowfish Men's Shoes, the online catalog gives you an extensive feel of the shoes and it comes with a quick description of the shoe in mind and buying them is a breeze. All you need to do is click on the 'Buy' button and you're off to owning a new pair of stylish shoe, if you are unsure - there's a user review of the product to help you make your choice. Nevertheless, it's simple and easy to have a look at the shoes in Blowfish Shoes and the good thing is the number of shoes is not too extensive till it confuses you but it's a small but sufficient catalog for anyone to purchase or learn more on the type of shoe.

  • Why... tell me why

Reading this news at TheStar that a sunbear in captivity has died sickens me to the core. How on earth can a human being with a bit of brain cage up an endangered bear inside a small iron cage and use the bear to attract visitors?

I feel sick reading this news and knowing the fact that the case was highlighted in the media on August 11th 2007 and there’s no action done for 8 months? Where’s the wildlife protection agency? What are they doing? Does it take 6 months to start filing a report?

Aren’t we all sick of people taking the juices of the gall bladder from a sun bear? What medicinal benefits do we get from drinking those juices? It would be a just punishment to just cage the person involved for 6 months in a small cage and see how he or she would feel.

  • Smoking kills

We all know smoking kills but never in this world would we expect smoking to really kill us that fast. The guy deserves a mention on the Darwinian Award. So boys and girls, smoking kills and this is a fact. By not smoking you not only save your life but also stop killing other people with second hand smoke and stop burning a hole in your pocket. A cigarette pack costs 8 bucks a day may run you down 240 bucks a month. So imagine the amount of money you’d save by just stop smoking. Enough said!

    Sleeping smoker badly burnt

MUAR: A man suffered a 75% burn after he was believed to have fallen asleep on a mattress while smoking in his living room.

Construction worker Soh Lip Tah, 32, was rushed to the Sultanah Fatimah Specialist Hospital by his elder brother after being informed of the 10am incident yesterday.

According to neighbours, some Indonesian workers saw smoke spewing from Soh’s home and broke open the house door to help put out the fire.

The workers were surprised when they saw Soh lying unconscious on a burning mattress and pulled him out of the house.

His brother, who lives nearby, arrived and rushed him to the hospital.

A hospital spokesman said the burn was serious and that Soh would be sent to a specialist hospital in Kuala Lumpur for treatment.

  • A beautiful lie

This is a superb song from 30 Seconds to Mars and the MTV itself tells a whole lot of what’s really going on in the world from global warming. I’ve to admit that I’m not really much of a Greenpeace fan but what’s been shown in A Beautiful Lie is shocking. The MTV collaborates what An Inconvenient Truth has told us all - we are slowly destroying the world.

We are all playing a small part in destroying the world, bit by bit we are all guilty of what’s happening in the world and other people are suffering from it. I’m making my first step by recycling paper. I like to write down my tasks on a piece of paper and this time around I’ll use the back of print-outs to write down notes. I’ve been doing this for a full month already and it’s not as bad as it first look. All that is needed is just a bit of getting used to. It’s just a matter of habit.

Go visit A Beautiful Lie and you can also petition for change (currently is to protect the endangered species) there and slowly heal back the world.

  • 1st April

Here's wishing all readers an April Fool's day. Don't go overboard on the pranks and find yourself in trouble with the law. I used to remember when I was a naughty teenager on April Fool's day we'd let all the air go from the tires of cars parked on the roadside for fun. Those were the naughty days.

Anyhow, there'll be a lack of updates till end of the week as I'm very busy at work and I promise idot will be back with a bang and a new direction :)

  • Peace of mind and gratitude

    PEACE OF MIND
If you were to ask your neighbor,
"What would give you peace of mind?" he might tell you,
    "A vacation in Bermuda!" or
"An extra hundred grand would give me peace!", or
"A new Ferrari would make me content!"

But going places – and getting stuff – is usually a temporary solution ...
Peace of mind rarely comes from getting more stuff.
Getting more stuff usually leads to wanting even more stuff!
Peace of mind starts with being grateful for what we have right now.

    GRATITUDE is POWER
When we are thankful for what we have - for the friends we have, and for the things we've got,
we attract more good people and good things!
People who always complain about what they DON'T HAVE, stay stuck.
Complainers attract more things to complain about!
It is a law of life. It's hard to explain, but you can observe it around you. We get more of what we dwell upon.

That's why all the spiritual masters have taught the same lesson ...
"Start by being thankful. Be happy with what you have now,
and more will come your way."

    It's practical advice.
Every time you say a silent "thank you" you become more peaceful – and more power.
