| Hello! Greetings from frigid wisconsinYeah, okay, its been almost a year since I have used this blog. I know that I have threatened to take this site down because it was no longer "serving my 'purposes'". Sadly, I forgot my password in the other blogging sites. So kids, update your bookmarks and give thanks that I am blogging again! ~ Its a little past 11 o clock today. Im sitting in Cudahy Hall, pretending to listen to a theology report. Im sitting in the far corner of the room, with my Vaio TR plugged into the wall. Its going to be a long class. Im sore, but not in the em0 sense. I just finished a 2 kilometer rowing test for Marquette Crew, and I guess that left me exhausted. My shoulders and chest are stinging with muscular pain, and all that I really want to do now is bathe in Bengay. seriously. Its tiring. Inside my backpack is my binder for Theology, Philosophy and Japanese class, a Ziploc of Cheerios, a Pilot G-2, my PDA and my wallet. There is also a receipt and an envelope containing unflattering passport photos for my Sophia University application form. I felt like picking up some chocolate (Andes Mints) at Walgreens, but I decided not to because I'm too fat for them. Oh yeah, there is a bottle of hand sanitizer, a small tube of lotion, a paperclip and those round things that come out of paper hole punchers after you are done using them. It could not have been confetti, although I dont recall making holes in blue sheets of paper recently. My coat pocket contains my iPod. Yes, its the full sized, 80 gb one in black. I refrained from buying the black version of the iPod because I found them pretentiously iconoclastic. However, the screen appears brighter and videos look better with the black contrast. It contains about 10,140 songs, which is a little bit more than 36 gigabytes. However, I have been listening to a couple of albums, and a small set of playlists here and there, mostly for excercising and making the snowy trek through campus more bearable. I use the proprietary iPod headphones, primarily because of the Bang Olufsen headphones have conked out on me, and I am too lazy to look for new ones. Its battery level is about 89% at the moment. The perfect pair of headphones must have a medium length cord, have a straight jack, and easy to wear. So far, nothing that I have seen online satisfies those requirements, except of course for the ones that came with the iPod. |
