Good time this weekend. 

Had lots of fun with Grant.  I'm going to KC in a few weeks so I will probably get to see him again while I'm there. 

Yesterday I got to see Lola...that was something I needed.

So I sent a little e-mail into Michael of cmcentral.com about my interviews.  Surprisingly, he wrote back to saying he will consider using them.  So - I'm in the process of typing up six different interviews that I did at Crossover.  So far I have the Superchic[k] and the Avalon interviews finished.  It's not the best thing I could do be doing on my day off.  These thing take forever to transcribe.  BUT if it gets me a spot as a guest writer on cmcentral.com then it's worth it. 

I talked to Lola for an hour the other night and she made me bawl and she made me feel horrible about not going back to school there.  She said of course it was up to me but the whole convo was her attempting to pursuade me to go back.  She's coming down from Minnesota this weekend and staying at Colby's so I think I'm going to visit her sometime.  

I better get back to work now!

So...I got a new xanga.  I've had the other one for a year and a half...it was time for something new.  I doubt I'll be able to let go.  I guess that means two xangas for me.  We'll see. 
This weekend? Crossover Festival. 
I met a guy there.  yep I did.  His name is Matthew.  He bought me a necklace made out of buttons that a girl was wearing.  I told her I liked it and the next thing I knew he bought it from her for me.  I guess I won't be seeing him until Rock the Light on Labor Day weekend.  Maybe. 

So you know what is mega strange?  Seeing someone you know from xanga but you don't KNOW.  It's like you think they'd know you too but then you realize they have no idea who you are and that you just randomly fell upon their xanga. 

 I got to see some people I hadn't seen in awhile.  I got to see John and his brothers, Amy of course, Nichole, Daniel (who I hadn't seen since my first year of college) Nathan from Plus One, Lance, the Superchick girls and guys,  Jessica Riegert, Johnna, and some more random people I wouldn't have thought I would have seen there.   The interview with Crossover (the band not the festival) was interesting.  The little one pinched my lips. Not sure why.  I love Tricia. She comments on my hair everytime she sees me.  She came backstage with us for awhile before the show on Friday...as did the other superchick guys.  Fun guys...especially the new guy Brandon. We had fun making fun of RJ Helton...is that mean?  It's his own fault he came in a limo though.  Besides Crossover, I ended up interviewing Superchick, Avalon, ZOEgirl, Building 429, and Todd Agnew (the quietest interview ever).

Someone that I was extremely intimidated by I now know there is no reason for me to be.  (I think that sentence made sense?) 

What do I do about the school situation?  Try to go back?  Finish the rest here?  Leave my friends?  I can't decide.  I don't want to waste two years of college but I literally can't go back.  What do I tell my parents??

I don't expect comments since none of my friends know I have this xanga.  Maybe I'll meet new xanga people that will leave me comments.  That'd be good.
