new entry!!! the 1st blog in more than a month... my poor poor xanga page 

anyways.. wat's been happening? in a nutshell:

working heaps til i find a "real" job, sleeping in as much as i can on my days off (it feels sooooo good with my electric blanket in winter hehe), still trying to sell half my wardrobe on eBay, went to a koala park and met the cuuuuutest talking cockatoos while being followed everywhere by this psycho turkey (im serious!), doing other random things, and caught up with some nsgs at a lovely little reunion =)  hadn't seen some of them in almost 5 years!!

also been hanging out with my cousin quite often.. did all the tourist things like opera house, the rocks, etc. went out for dinner a few times and even took her shopping at pitt st. mall/the strand/david jones.. hehe my favourites. the next destination will probably be taronga zoo or somewhere else with koalas. i also aim to introduce her to pancakes at the rocks, krispy kremes, passionflower, etc. (already did max brenners hehe)  umm can you tell i really love dessert places?!

hmmm... i guess nobody reads xanga entries anymore, cos everyone's on facebook! ....... including me :p

we got to pet this one.. everyone ooohed and aaahed all over her but all she did was eat leaves the whole time.

i bought a blueberry muffin to feed these cheeky little cockatoos.. they were so adorable!! their conversational skills included: "hello! got a cracker? want a cracker? want a drink?" hehe so cute. but i got a rude shock when one said "shut up!". and they said "bye-bye" as we left... aww.

"high tea" at Swissotel the next day - soooo delicious and lovely :)  but our conversational topics were not so lady-like :p

SOooooo... i totally failed my numerical methods exam today... =(  such a confusing subject, i could hardly study for it! and everything involves stupid mathematica... *shudder*  hmm let's just say im not the best at using computing programs.

i realised i only check my xanga subscriptions once a week now.. used to be almost everyday or whenever i was on the computer. i hope it doesn't completely die.. where else am i gonna vent if i need to? i can't really blog on facebook and i don't wanna get a myspace... hmm i guess we'll see how long xanga lives.

recently i started selling some of my old stuff on eBay... so fun! and i was SO excited when my first listing ended with a good price i almost jumped up and down.. but then i couldn't cos then my mum would know that i'm procrastinating on ebay and not studying hahaha.  so yea, it's been fun! i sooooO need the $$$ to pay off my credit card debt and my new purchases... i just can't stop shopping no matter how hard i try. i need to buy myself some self control. where can i get that? =p  btw alannah hill and zimmermann are on sale! =p

anyways.. gonna try and study for my last exam now. i wish i had more time like others... most people don't start exams until next week! and i'll be already done this saturday. but then i'll be FREE~!!! =D

can't wait to get out there and have some fun!

i say im busy and no time to do anything but really, im just wasting time watching House episode after episode =p 

it's final exams in 2 weeks! im starting to freak out now.. got a rude shock when i looked at my schedule =/

and a couple of photos from the beyonce concert below. i was SO angry that we paid  $130 for gold tickets, but their "best available" were soooooooooooo far away from the stage i couldn't even see beyonce half the time! rarrrrrr. so i didn't get many good photos of her =(   the videos were ok tho.

guess who me and bear saw tonight in the city?! nicole richie and joel madden! we were out for dinner and were walking back to the car on pitt st. even tho it was really dark, i spotted joel cos he stood out - he was wearing a black singlet showing all the tattoos on his arms, and a black tophat. then i looked at nicole - she was wearing a black jacket over black pants, obviously trying not to get any attention. she looked sooo tiny, her legs were like sticks.

i think they were looking for somewhere quiet to eat, cos they walked into that small Sakura restaurant briefly but then came out cos there were some people inside still. bear told me not to disturb them but i would've normally run up to them and asked for a photo! =p  they looked so cute tho.. holding hands as they crossed the street :)  i must say, they looked really good as a couple.
