You know you're a band geek if...

1. Band is your favorite sport.

2. You hum band songs in other classes.

This is sad... Almost all of those are true.

I hate being sick... It sucks.

The musical is this weekend. I think i'm going to go see it on Saturday. Anyone want to come with me? =)

I'm taking drivers ed next month. Then i'll be able to get my license. I'm excited.

School is going pretty good. Gradecards come out on Thursday. I should have all As and Bs as usual. This school year has gone by fast. I can't believe we're already in the last 6 weeks. We just did sceduling for next year's classes. Here is my scedule...

It's going to be a somewhat difficult year, but i'll manage.

Softball is going pretty good. We have 2 weeks left and then the season is over. Summer league starts soon.

Morp was last Friday. It was fun for the first hour. Then it kind of got more boring as the night went on. Lacie, Erin, and Tracy determined that I am the whitest person ever and that I can't dance. Isaac started a massive and very painful boob fight. Tracy and Lacie came over after Morp was over and we ate frozen pizza then went to bed. The next morning we had to get up at 8:00 cus I was supose to have a softball game. When i got to the school they said that the game was cancled so we ended up getting up for no reason. Then I had to go to Chillicothe with Liz and Terry to sell raffle tickets at a grocery store for 5 hours. It was really boring.

We had a silent auction/ bake sale/ tag sale to raise money for Liz's trip to Europe on Sunday. Not a whole lot of people came. It was very dissapointing, but we still made quite a bit of money to go towards her trip. So that's a plus.

On Sunday Chelsea and Mandy came over so we could do our Julius Caesar video project. It's quite amazing. It's like just over 5 minutes which is good cus the video had to be at least 5 minutes. I did all of the editing yesterday. Our bloopers are pretty funny. Chelsea's pants fell down. I'll put it on here so you all can watch it if you want to.

Pirates Of The Carribean 3, Spiderman 3, and Harry Potter (5????) are all coming out soon. Anyone wanna go see them? I want to see Blades Of Glory! Grrrrrrrr. I got Happy Feet on DVD the other day. I was very excited.

Musical is coming up soon. I'm not playing on the orchestra anymore. I have softball games all that week and can't make it to the practices. Oh well. For once i'm going to be able to go and just watch it.

Softball is going pretty good. We won out first 2 games.

School is decent. All As as of right now. Hopefully it will stay that way.

I'm bored. Chris and Will are coming over and we're going to hang out. It should be fun.

The Stabingten Press needs ideas for articles. Our writer, Tammy, is having a major brain fart and can't think of anything. "We need topics." she sad.

Xanga is dying.... my xanga is going to officialy die if i don't get comments.... i get comments on myspace.... but not here. Hmmmmm....

Model UN- It was pretty fun. I made new friends. That's always a good thing. We had tons of fun in the hotel room. I'll put videos on here from it =) tehehe... Me and Tracy's resolution passed. So that's good. That's about it for that.

Softball- It's going pretty good. I made the team.... duh. I'm oretty sure i'm going to be a starter at either 1st or 3rd base. So that's exciting.

OGTs- SUCK!!!! i've only had the reading one so far but that was bad enough. I am excited for tomorrows because it's math and i love math. I'm not looking forward to science and social studies though. At least it gets us out of 2nd 3rd and 4th period, and we get juicey!!!!

TV and Radio- I have to do the whole stupid game show that we're doing all by myself pretty much because i got forced into being the director and usually the director does all the work. urg. The only thing that i don't have to do is make up the questions and type in the graphics. Oh well, at least i'll know that it'll be done right.

My computer- is broken.... now i can't get to any of my music, pictures, or anything else i have saved to it. It's very frustrating.

Boys- are stupid. Most of them anyways... That frustrates me as well.

What Makes 100%? What does it mean to give MORE than 100%? Ever wonder about those people who say they are giving more than 100%? We have all been to those meetings where someone wants you to give over 100%. How about achieving 103%? What makes up 100% in life?

I hate it when you think a friend has your back and is going to be there for you and then they let you down... it dissapoints me... i cried today... a lot... if you were wondering why i'm probably not going to tell you so don't ask. The people who really cared were the ones trying to cheer me up when they saw i was crying... if you weren't there and didn't know anything about it i don't blame you.... but if you were and you just walked on by ignoring what you saw.... thanks a lot for not being there when i really needed it. i'm in a very bad mood and i'll probably be in this mood for awhile... in case anyone cares. just thought i'd share that... o_0

Home Sick

uhg. i hate being home sick. it's sucks. but at least i get the house all to myself. i'm watching Ricky Bobby. It's pretty good so far. after that i'm going to watch a musical called The King and I. what an exciting day.

the swim meet last night was one of our best meets. almost everyone dropped their times for their event and records were once again broken, but unfortunately, we lost. there goes our undefeated record. we tried our best though. i was extremely sick throughout the whole meet. i didn't have to swim until the last event. i dropped 2 seconds off of my 100 in that event, but when i got out of the water i almost passed out.... it wasn't very good.

exams are going pretty good. i missed my geometry exam today. i think i'll do good on it. spanish i know i got an A. biology i think i did ok on. but i'm not to sure. english i think i got a B.

solo and ensemble contest is coming up soon. i'm singing alto on sing me to heaven with the group from the symphonic choir and me, liz, alex, and chris are singing ave maria in latin. it's going along pretty well. i don't know what my solo is for band yet, Mr. Hawvermale hasn't given it to me yet.

Hurray for Hollywood is coming up as well. I'm pretty sure i'm playing percussion instruments down in the pit for that. That'll be really fun. stuff for the musical is starting next week. the musical this year is anything goes. i don't know if i'm playing for that this year or not.

HA! HE'S RUNNING AROUND IN HIS UNDERWEAR!

there's a swim meet on thursday at New Richmond but i'm not allowed to swim since i didn't go to school today.

there's a barbershop thing that me, liz, erin, and like 5 other people from greenfield are going to in a couple weeks. we're singing the locomotion. i haven't been to any practices yet but i already know my part cus me and liz sang it at harmony camp this summer. it's pretty simple. i'm singing bass. i think we have to sing it in front f the choirs at school before we leave but i'm not sure.

i'm going to go see the musical Annie with my dad in Columbus a week from today. i can't wait.

i got everything i wanted this year, except a digital camera which i'm going to buy tomorrow.

christmas was pretty good this year. saturday i went and opened presents at my grandma's house at 10 then left at around 3:30. then at 5 my sister came to visit. sunday i went to church then came home and did nothing. then that night i went to the christmas eve service at the first baptist church where liz's boyfriend put gum in my hair and i had to pull it out. it hurt, but it was really funny. then this morning i got woken up at 7:40 to open presents from "santa" after that i went back to bed and got up at 12. got dressed then went to my uncles house for about 45 minutes. came home then left for welston, where my grandma and grandpa live, at 2. got there, ate, opened presents, ate some more, watched my 3 year old cousin play with a new tickle me elmo (those are very entertaining) gave hugs, and left. now i'm here. there are plenty more things i could talk about right now but i don't feel like it.

today i was backing out of my driveway and it was dark out and raining. mom was telling me what to do to make sure that i didn't run into the house and instead i ran over the neighbors bush and completely tore off my mom's bumper. it was interesting.

tomorrow i'm going to go shopping with my grandma, step grandpa, brother, sister, mom, and possibly my two step cousins. it's going to be fun and very crowded.

i forgot i have to go do the dishes.

well, today has been an interesting day.

this morning at about 11:30 me, liz, and mom left to go my me and liz's permits. we got to chilicothe and to the building to take out test and found out that we had left some papers at home that we had to have. so we drive all the way home to get the papers and came all the way back to chilicothe. so then i sat down at the little computer thing to take my test. i was kind of nervous cus i didn't really study much. i answer the first like 10 questions and out of those 10 i missed like 4. the maximum number of questions that you can miss is 10 and there are 40 questions all together. i get to the 35th question and by then i've missed 8. so i start to get real worried. i answer another one and i missed it. so i'm sitting there with 4 questions left and i can only miss one. i take my time and think really really hard and i ended up getting them all right. i was so relieved. i was so close to failing that test. my family is making fun of me because liz only missed 3 and i missed 9. i don't care cus i still got my permit. dad is taking me and liz driving tomorrow. YAY!!! i can't wait. i need to get a job to start saving up for a car and to pay for insurance. uhg.

after we got out permits we went to washington courthouse to get some groceries and stuff. then we came home. a couple of hours ago me, liz, and dad taught terry how to play euchre. it took us 45 minutes to play one game. it was terrible.

thanksgiving is tomorrow. what fun. i have to go to my uncles house because my great grandma is going to be there and it may be her last thanksgiving.

friday i'm going to go and stay the night at my grandmas house with liz. it will be mucho fun. saturday i'm going to go to the craft fair and look around at stuff with sister.

my birthday is a week from today. whoot!

i'm watching Annie. i love this movie.

my mom is having surgery monday.

my birthday party wasn't as good as i thought it was going to be. but it was still fun. i wish more people would have come. i invited like 40 and only 10 came. oh well. now i know who really cares.

show choir is in New York right now. i wish i could be in New York. that would be fun.

band so sucks right now. i hate concert band. pep band starts next week so things will get a little bit better as far as band goes. i don't think i'm going to be in any honor bands this year. i don't like concert band music and that's all we play in honor band. so...yeah.

Most people don't understand the passion i have for music. Some people make fun of me because i care so much about the youth choir and about our choir here in greenfield. People who don't understand have no right to talk about it. Singing isn't just some hobby to me. I don't do it just because it's something to do. I really love it. I thank Ms. Flora with all of my heart for what she has done for me over the past 5 years. She may not think that she's done much but she really has. She's inspired me and many more people. She's more then just some choir director. Not many people understand that.

If Ms. Flora wasn't in my life i don't know what i would do...
