| 118.6Today I work 11-5, then the boy and I are cooking out on the grill, then going to Cedar Point to watch fireworks. I am excited :] But hopefully I can resist the goodies at the park. We are eating right before we go so that should help. Anyways, I'm going to make some breakfast and start getting ready for work :] Hope everyone has a good fourth <3 Intake b-300 l-fruit salad, cottage cheese-250 s-sucker-70cals d-chicken fettucine alfredo and salad-a billion! t-hopefully under 2000, dunno though. add some funnel cake and ice cream to that Outtake worked out for a little bit at home. gym closed early today. Edit i'm gonna gain tomorrow!!! oopsy daisy. i'll get back on track though. it shouldn't be too much of a gain. I hope!!!!!! eeek |

| 119.4I didn't gain since yesterday surprisingly. Not drinking the protein stuff today. I think I'm gonna try it with skim milk instead of soy milk. The vanilla is too sweet for me. | Weight is same as yesterday...Glad I didn't gain after the ice cream! Anyways, I found out we're probably going to Canada for a week in August. I'm excited, I love it there. So peaceful. I work 12-5 today so I better be getting ready. Intake b-270cals s-apple-70cals, granola bar-180, watermelon=250 l-cup of soup-90, cottage cheese and pineapple-120=210cals d-baked chicken, rice-no clue how many cals. t-730 + dinner= lotssssss Outtake hopefully i'll be motivated to drive to the gym later we'll see. edit: so my intake was pretty bad today. and i didn't go to the gym. thinking about doing my protein shake fast tomorrow. we'll see though! |
