it's amazing how time flies so fast. it seems like just yesterday i was pulling into etbu in my parents' truck to start the 2006 fall semester. i feel like crying and rejoicing at the same time.

thanksgiving break was wonderful. justin and i went home (to my house) and spent the holiday with my family. we got lost in the woods with my two cousins, two dogs, and 6-year-old sister, but my family pulled through and got us out of there. it was great.

this semester has been a trying one. i've battled homesickness constantly. my spiritual life has been going up and down. but all in all, i have been blessed. God has gotten me through this semester, even though i didn't think i would make it. he has kept me at etbu, even at times when i desperately wanted to transfer. he has given me a friend to rely on, even when i feel like i have no friends. i am blessed.

it's great knowing that christmas break is just around the corner, and i'll be so busy up until then that time will fly right by. i hope everyone had a wonderful thanksgiving. i love you all.
