| From PanamaHey, just wanted to say that Brett and I are having a great time down here in Panama. Panama city is kind of small but that makes it great for getting most places on foot. And if a bit too far for making the trip on foot a crazy taxi is always ready to pick you up and take you somewhere for $2 to $5! The traffic is insane... and you thought I got road rage?! The people here are friendly and helpful, a good thing when you dont speak a lick of spanish and end up being clueless most of the time. Theres a great coffee shop down below our hostel that is fulfilling my cravings for wawa.... for now. Gotta go, more later. | | |
| Going crazy...I think I'm going crazy. Brett and I are leaving for Panama in about 24 hours. That's a little too soon. I've made a list for packing but haven't actually started it yet. So that's going to make me have the "unprepared for whatever situation" nightmare. Ever have those? Yeah, speaking of sleep I should probably try to get some. I'm beat so I'm hoping it won't be hard. I might not sleep tomorrow night either since we're leaving around 1 or 2 in the morning/night. So it might be good to get some sleep now. I've slept in so much lately that thinking of not sleeping sounds a bit strange and sickening. I'm sure I'd be too excited to sleep anyway. My thumb is burning from some jalepeno peppers I just put in some guacamole I made. Yeah, don't even ask why I was making that an hour or two ago. I think I should get my priorities straight. Like packing instead of updating your xanga site! I also just realized that I'm dissapointed with their selection of yellow text. Yeah, go look, they mostly suck. Anyway! I should be off and I will be off to panama in 24 hours!
p.s. I've officially been single for two whole years today. Weird. Rock it.

| Panama here we come!
Brett and I are officially buying plane tickets to panama city tonight! We're gonna go for 11 days and see tons of cool stuff. It sounds like there are so many cool things to do there and living is so cheap! I'm really excited about it and I can't wait to go. I better start getting ready! | | |
| Summer... must I say more???Hey all! This is the time of year when you're all really jealous of me because you're working and I'm not but I'm still getting paid. Paid to... do nothing. Well, I'm working on keeping up my fabulous tan, but that's about it. I'm relaxing, having fun with my friends, going to the gym and to the pool. Surprisingly I manage to fill my day with things to do and not get bored. I just bought a mac, so that's exciting. And I got a free nano and printer (yeah teachers get the deal too). The trip to Africa that Brett and I were hoping to take has been postponed until next year. But don't lose heart we're still going to take off and go to some part of this crazy world just for the heck of it.
I can't think of anything better to say for now. I'm sure I'll think of other things later! | | |
