| It's almost christmas! I'm soo excited! I'm done all my shopping for everyone, I just need to begin making stuff that I'm giving to my friends. Only one week of school (thank God), even though I have a ton of tests and projects to hand in before the holidays. I can't wait to doo all the holidayish stuff and go to all the parties! How exciting! Anyway, I want to wish everyone a Merry Christmas, and a Happy New Year, since I don't post on this very often.
To keep with my Xanga tradition, here is my Christmas list (even though I got all of it already):

2006: A wonderful year. Some highlights? My birthday, Spring Break, Grade 10, SUMMER '06 beginning to end, Cali, Belgium, London, New Jersey, all the practices, all the binge days, all the fun times. 2006 was a good year..
2007? I'm 17 soon.. Ew so old right? Well, to me 17 starts something that I have been dreaming about since I was five years old. I get to plan my Debut! I'm so excited! I know i know, I'm not even 17 yet, but its a dream of mine that I've had for TWELVE YEARS! Crazy huh? Well, Alexa's Debutante Ball, in a magical Winter Wonderland, decorated in silver and Tiffany blue.. *sigh. How exciting! AND I get to go to the Philippines in the summer! My first time in seven years! I'm super excited for that. I don't really know what to expect since I have minimal memories there from when I was a kid, but I'm still excited! Then I start grade 12. Omg I am old.. ahahaha grad in two years.. It feels like yesterday when i first put on my red-and-grey kilt and walked in those gym doors not knowing what to expect..
Anyway, I hope that everyone has a very merry Christmas, and I wish the best for everyone in the new year.

wow, i haven't posted on this thing since i was in london, and that seems so long ago. this post is long overdue.
SCHOOL:
pretty good, i must say. every day is quite fun, even though there is tons of work. i'm not exactly sure how i'm going to keep up in bio, chem, and math in one day but i'm trying.. my favorite subjects so far: spanish, english and bio. spanish is fun, goes by super fast, and katys really entertaining. english & bio are interesting and all we do is take notes and write. i love classes like that, i actually learn something. and apparently i have a boyfriend? ahahaha ohh myy.. high school gossip.. i can't help but laugh every time someone asks.. but the best part of school is always the social part for me. during, in between, and after classes are always a good time to have a good laugh to keep the day going.
KP:
we're on a "break". doesn't that sound like a relationship? ahaha well we're on a break until we start practicing for merritt in october. i'm excited to dance and gong again.. but after that, i'm hoping we don't break for too long.
MY TRIP:
over all it was wonderful. i got to dance, sightsee, shop and catch up with my family all in 24 days. sure there were some places that were torture, but the good stuff totally made up for it, especially belgium (see pevious post). belgium = wonderful. southhampton = yawn. london = lovely. new jersey = fun. new york = fabulous. my trip was soo worth being away from home for a long time.. totally worth it..

SUMMER:
dear summer, i miss you. so many good times, they will always be cherished as memories. and of course they will be added to my encyclopedia "my life by alexa rose roberts". ahaha from beginning to end, this summer was everything i wanted it to be. even a little bit more. i'm happy that it started great, and ended perfectly. there is nothing i would change about this summer, except an lnc day. but other then that, summer was perfect.
COMING SOON:
for now, just school & chillin with = the girlies + familia + my balance + white, i mean spanish girls, i mean boys named paquito + fake boyfriends. AHAHA i can't help but laugh at the last one.. but other then that nothing really to look forward to, just merritt 10.21.06. oh yah, christmas is coming! maybe my next post will be my annual christmas list! =) hasta luego mi amigos! aka later biatches!

| right now im in london, southhampton actually. just got here on friday, and im missing belgium already. dispite all the crazyness, i had the time of my life. i loved dancing everyday. being on stage with the lights blazing down on you while i dance or gong. i love how bob shouts KABABAYANG PILIPINO! with so much enthusiasm while im waiting on the wings. my favourite is when we did our bis and the muscicians bowed and they were clapping hard and when it died down i started my four gong and they clapped even louder. it gives you this huge great feeling inside that i cant even explain. i dont care if i had to wake up early, go home late, have minimal sleep, shower with no shower certain, have black always dirty feet, and break out from all the makeup. i loved it so much and i miss it already. im happy that i got to say the last prayer in edegem. i cant even remember what i really said or how the hell those words came to me but if it made people cry it must have been pretty danm good. i cant wait till the videos edited. just because of belgium i've had the best summer ever. nothing can even compare. unless you've been on stage before with the lights, the
makeup, the applause, the comments, and the drama. unless you've
practiced for 5 hours every week an hour away from home. unless you've
traveled half way accross the world to do something that you wouldnt
give up for anything, then you have no idea. people said that it would change my life, and it did. it made me want even more. the more we do it the more i want to do. sure im not the best dancer or muscician. but i want it. until next time. montreal, the states, edegem, or even vancouver. i cant wait.
