Turns out today didn't go "a little something like this" haha.

I went to the dietician this morning, and she didn't really tell me anything I didn't already know. She said I'm one of the most knowledgable and healthy clients she's had. Basically, she said that I will, unfortunately, gain a few pounds until my metabolism gets back up to where it should be. But after that, I should be able to eat 3 healthy meals a day and still lose weight with a bit of exercise. I guess it'll be worth it. I still wanna be 135lbs. by Oct. 25th, but I guess I could settle with being around 140; it's not like I'm gonna say "Sorry Diarmid, I didn't reach my weight goal, so... I can't come see you". Nu uh. I miss him too much.

You know how you're supposed to have so many servings from each food group a day? I'm supposed to aim for getting the lowest amount of those servings per day for now. I'm supposed to eat more grains and skim milk. Blah. She gave me this really neat food thingy though where I can keep track of my servings. I guess I'll see where this takes me. I'd love to be a normal, healthy eater again, still losing weight. She wants me to aim for 132lbs. as my UGW, but no way. NO WAY. I wanna be 120-125lbs. It's still in the range for my age and height... just the lower end of the range.  Oh, and I'm only supposed to lose 1lb. a week... ONE!!! Ugh. I'd like to lose 2-3 a week, then I'd be happy.

Enough ranting, here's today's intake ::

BREAKFAST - 2 pieces of toast (Weight Watcher's bread) w/ 1.5 tbsp. of health butter, 1/2 cup of Rice Krispies w/ 1/4 cup of skim milk

MID-MORNING SNACK - 1 lemon wedge, 1/2 sliced apple

LUNCH - sandwich (2 pieces of WW bread, 1 tbsp. low-cal dressing, 2 slices of fat-free bacon, 4 slices tomato), 1 serving 4% fat cheese

MID-AFTERNOON SNACK - nothing, slept through

DINNER - 2 hamburger patties (1 lean, 1 extra lean), 1 bun, ketchup, vegetables

EVENING SNACK -

WATER :: 3 glasses (8 oz. each)

So many snacks!! I'm supposed to eat them to keep my energy up, but it seems like so much. I mean, should I do this and trust her? She IS a registered dietician, after all. Aaaah!!

I'm actually considering getting a degree in nutrition lately...

The acid from the lemon wedge has made my teeth feel quite funny. Hmm.

Oh, CW is 142.5 lbs., and that's after I ate my breakfast, so I was probably 142.0 when I woke up. Meaning I didn't gain anything yesterday... yay!!

Tomorrow goes a little something like this...

BREAKFAST #6
- 1/2 cup of light juice
- 2 pieces of WW bread w/ health butter
- 2 pieces of bacon

LUNCH #2
- 1/2 cup skim milk
- 1 cup salad w/ dressing of choice OR 1 cup veggies w/ dip
- 1 can light tuna (water-packed) w/ 1 tbsp. fat-free mayo

DINNER #2
- 1 cup salad w/ dressing of choice
- 4 oz. fish, any type
- 1 cup steamed veggies

SNACK
- 2 rice cakes w/ salsa

TOTAL :: 215 + 216 + 180 + 85 = 696 calories

(I got this super healthy bacon that has only 4% fat, and it's really low-cal!!)

Girls, thank you all so much for the encouraging comments; they mean the world to me!

I'm around the 140 range, and that's ok for now, I guess. I really would like to be 135 by Oct. 25th though... I don't know. If I can maintain this weight for a week or two and then lose some more, I'd be happy. I just wanna be able to eat a healthy meal without gaining weight!! I'm going to for the rest of this week, whether I gain weight or not. Cross your fingers that I can maintain!

NUTRITIONIST @ 9am TOMORROW!!! And it's free cuz my mum has some plan! I had to cancel my papsmeare (sp?) so I could go... tragic, eh?  I can't wait to go and get the advice that I've been needing for ages now. I'm just gonna flat out tell her that I have an eating disorder, and I'm ready to start losing weight the healthy way.

Today's intake ::

Breakfast - 2 pieces of Weight Watcher's bread w/ 1 tbsp. health butter, bit of a grapefruit, 1/2 cup of light orange juice (175ish calories)

Lunch - dried rye snackbread w/ 4% fat skim milk cheese (200ish calories)

Snack - 1 fat-free pudding cup (80 calories)

Dinner - fettucine w/ tomato sauce, veggies, and soy meat, and a large Caesar salad w/ light dressing (I'm guessing the whole meal will be about 400 calories) - this is for my family, by the way; I cook dinner every night.

TOTAL --> 855 calories.... AAAAAHHHHH!  Okay, I really need to get used to this. That's NOT a bad total to normal dieters.

CW - 142.0 lbs.

EDIT :: I went to the gym after supper, but since it's my university's gym, I didn't say long cuz I was getting extremely self-conscious. I only burned about 100 calories by doing 10 minutes on the stairmaster and another 10 on the stationary bicycles.
