Girls, thank you all so much for the encouraging comments; they mean the world to me!
I'm around the 140 range, and that's ok for now, I guess. I really would like to be 135 by Oct. 25th though... I don't know. If I can maintain this weight for a week or two and then lose some more, I'd be happy. I just wanna be able to eat a healthy meal without gaining weight!! I'm going to for the rest of this week, whether I gain weight or not. Cross your fingers that I can maintain!
NUTRITIONIST @ 9am TOMORROW!!! And it's free cuz my mum has some plan! I had to cancel my papsmeare (sp?) so I could go... tragic, eh? I can't wait to go and get the advice that I've been needing for ages now. I'm just gonna flat out tell her that I have an eating disorder, and I'm ready to start losing weight the healthy way.
Today's intake ::
Breakfast - 2 pieces of Weight Watcher's bread w/ 1 tbsp. health butter, bit of a grapefruit, 1/2 cup of light orange juice (175ish calories)
Lunch - dried rye snackbread w/ 4% fat skim milk cheese (200ish calories)
Snack - 1 fat-free pudding cup (80 calories)
Dinner - fettucine w/ tomato sauce, veggies, and soy meat, and a large Caesar salad w/ light dressing (I'm guessing the whole meal will be about 400 calories) - this is for my family, by the way; I cook dinner every night.
TOTAL --> 855 calories.... AAAAAHHHHH! Okay, I really need to get used to this. That's NOT a bad total to normal dieters.
CW - 142.0 lbs.
EDIT :: I went to the gym after supper, but since it's my university's gym, I didn't say long cuz I was getting extremely self-conscious. I only burned about 100 calories by doing 10 minutes on the stairmaster and another 10 on the stationary bicycles.
