Kimchee Bokeumbab (Kimchi Fried Rice)

Ingredients:

kimchee
rice
butter
dried seaweed
jangjoreem or spam if you prefer

Directions:

1) Cook rice.
2) Melt an inch stick of butter on large frying pan over medium heat.
3) Mix rice in.
4) Add kimchee.
5) Add jangjoreem or spam.
6) Crumble dried seaweed over on top.
7) Mix and eat!

i let the spam marninate in the kimchee juices first. . .and then i cook it in the butter. . .a dash of pepper and soy sauce. . .and then i mix the rice in on high heat. . .and put a fried egg on top with crumbled kim (seaweed)

sorry sassysprite! i spelled jangjorim wrong too. i believe it's beef marinated in soy sauce. you can get them premade in the asian markets. otherwise, it would take long to cook.
