| | We placed an offer on house #3...it was accepted, and we are in 30 day escrow as of tomorrow. Third time's the charm! We are of course skeptical since we know nothing is guaranteed until the key is in our hands, but we have been assured that what happened to us before is not typical, and most people move along through this process without major issues. We found a 3 bedroom, 3 bath, pool house in our absolute favorite city (well, if you have to pick a fav in the Valley) with a ton of square footage and lots of grass on a corner lot. We are so excited! |
