So. Go see Good Night & Good Luck. In fact, see it with me, b/c it was so good I want to see it again. If not for the story, the acting, and the current relevence, then for the freaking cinematography. Bloody brilliant.

Less than a month until GOF comes out.

Um. So. I kind of did nothing today. I had a headache and I had a weird conversation with Mom about telepathy and women's intuition. Or something. The way certain women who are close can pick up on each other's feelings or know the most random things or finish each other's sentences. You know what I'm talking about? Like, Kathryn says the women in her family have this telepathic connection where her mother knows when her sister is five minutes away and five minutes later her sister walks in the door, and Kathryn's been able to take away her sister's stomachache just by touching her and taking the pain into herself. Or Kelsie calling when she instinctively knew something was wrong and it was like she used to. Or smaller things: Mom called my grandma and my grandma said "I thought you weren't calling b/c you were mad at me" and she had been, or Stephanie saying "You were late today" even though she couldn't've known that b/c I didn't give her a ride.

I always knew we were superior to men somehow.

She laughed at me when I went all obsessive compulsive about the stains in a tea cup, and then got upset when I got them out b/c the dishwasher didn't. I wrote a page and a half to Jesse about the music I put on his CD, but still haven't put it in the mail. Go me.

I should work on my essay a bit before I go to bed. Bah. I don't want to touch ittttt....

I love the Cabaret soundtrack. I really do.

And remind me to give Andrew Berlin a hug on Monday.

Mm. If anyone has a copy of a live recording of "Muhammad My Friend" by Tori Amos w/ Maynard James Keenan on it, could they let me know? I'm told it's vonderful...

Oh. Saw some old Perfect Cirlce videos last night. Maynard Keenan was wearing really long hair in all three. Like, waist legnth. It's really bizarre looking on its own, and then you compare it to his hair now, which is nonexistant, and it's even weirder.

Blast it. I wish the next long weekend was now.
