intake: b - special k (150) l - 2 chewy bars (180) d - pretzels w/ nonfat bean dip (180) - mushroom tortilloni (210) - orange creamsicle (90) - 5 tj's oreos (230) =( total: 1040 - 200 = 840 cals, not terrible
exercise: 6 hours hard work + 25 mins treadmill (-200)
