cw-151

 My weight has gone up back into the 150's !!! THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!
I knew it was bound to happen though with all that i've been eating since i've gotten back to school....GOSH!!
Well anyway i bought the special K meal replacement bars. they're 190 calories so i'll be eating those for lunch for the next two weeks and having salads for dinner (i don't eat breakfast any more...well just green tea) i find that not eating breakfast actually helps me eat less during the day...it keeps me motivated and surprisingly not eating in the moring makes me less hungry later in the day (which goes against everything that any diet guru and doctor has been saying for years) but hey "to each, his own" or in this case her own.

yep so i'm pushing back my" modified" scarsdale diet another 2 weeks until i finish all my special k bars...i dont have enough grapefruit anyway to start the scarsdale diet.

I'm gonna try really hard to do my best. Sometimes it gets hard thou because my roomate wants to see me get fat. No joke shes always trying to tempt me with food...espeically at times when i'm trying to be extra good. I love her to death but i won't let her ruin me!!!

cw- check in on friday morning

 I havent weighed myself since last week cuz i binged so badly the past 3 days. Starting friday i'm going to try to weigh myself everyday. (which is something everyone should do if their not). So today went well. Its my first day back at school and I feel so good to be back and to have something to do with my life to distract me from food. Food wise i didnt do bad but not as well as i would of liked. ....oh well
intake:
b- 1/2 meal replacement shake w/ almond milk = 110
L- 1/2 a salad w/ olive oil + bread= 300?
d- other half of salad w/ soup= 400
workout- lots of walking i the cold


I hope all you ladies are doing well and that one day i'll have something intresting to tell you

um...gonna start the scarsdale diet this sunday =)

CW-148

Surprisingly this morning i was down another pound. I've been eating mostly raw foods and some proteins (peanut butter and beans) but very small portions.

Intake:
b-apple w/peanut butter
L-iced tea
d- 1/2 salad (from cheesecake factory)

Goals:
1. Maintain raw food/ mediterranean diet
2. no coffe
3. alot more green tea
4. no more cheese or milk
5. start the scarsdale diet in 1-2 weeks

I really wanna do my version of the scarsdale diet which is almost the same thing as what im doing now but better....anyway my self control is still really good which im happy about. i dont plan on giving up any time soon...im gonna go work out now.

whatev

today i didnt do as well as i have been. i woke up down a pound this morning but i ate more then i wanted too

b-coffe w/ sugar + nonfat milk (50?)+ a scone shared w/ mom (450)
l-salad-lettuce+celery+carrots w/ lemon juice (20?)
d- beans (100)

but i walked aroun NYC all day and it was cold as hell and im gonna go workout now for as long as my body can stand it. i'm seeing and feeling the diffrence but i want more results. I dont wanna complain to much so yeah thats all.
...um 2morrow i'll do better im sure of it. today was a really bad day anyway (not just food wise) but whatev's by next sunday i better be under 148...jea jea

the more things change the more they stay the same

OMg its been awhile...but u know how it goes.

I was off ana for awhile. then i went up to 165 and then i started working out at school (oh yeah im in college now) and lost 5 pounds. then over x-mas (fuck) gained it back. Since x-mas i've lost 15 pounds and now im at 150. I'd like to be 145 by next week cuz my self control these past few weeks has been better then ever. so yeah im not doing too bad. I just learned today that i got an awesome job too. i wanna start asap!!!!! anyway todays intake will be:

b- nada
l-1/4 of an apple with peanut butter + a teaspoon of beans
d- a salad
+ tons of ab excercise

2morrow all i'll be having is a latte(soy) or maybe coffe and a salad

je je so hope all is well with u girlys.
