| Oohlala. I'm so tired. I swear I could die.
There was trng everyday last week!
During lunch breaks and afterschool. Either or. Ohmy I can't believe I
didn't slack la! Neither can Sam. But I guess that's a good change from
last year? Hahaha. Like Sam and I skipped trng for 3weeks at a go last
year  Fun but quite regretful. Yeah.
So comps on Saturday...sucked? Reaaaally hard.
Met Sam at Clementi MRT at 11 then
Kelly said she didn't wna leave her house so both of us went to West
Mall for lunch. Ate KFC again  How unhealthy, tsk! Hahaha.
Sarah por met up with us halfway through lunch, then we left for Bukit Gombak 
It was kinda shocking when it started to pour at the stadium. I THOUGHT COMPS WOULD BE POSTPONED  hahaha but it wasn't that serious. Good in a sense, I guess?
Yeah so Sam and I got our shoes BLOODY
WET&STINKY while running in the rain sharing one umbrella to the
MRT to pick Kelly up. She had her own umbrella la  So we rushed down for nthing! Whut a dampener.
Sec1s reached rly fast. Hahaha. Then some of us went to the changing room to dry our socks and shoes under the hand dryer  I think it's SMART la! Hahaha.
Did 10minute warmups. Haha we kept turning back and forth, poor PLMGSS trackers 
Stretched and went to the sandpit with Sam, Kelly, Xinyan and Huili.
Mr Pedro followed us! Yay? Haha.
I tell you the fat old guy (the ic) at the pit is so FUNNY la.
He was like telling the whole group of triplejumpers
"Do you know how to jump? You jump
from THERE into THE SAND PIT" HAHAHA. All of us were practically
LOLLING la! Even our coaches were covering their mouths. Haha.
&when Kelly asked him whether we
could report, he was like "Wear your number tag, girl. This is
INTERNATIONAL STANDARD okay!" HAHAHA. Like how international can it get
and Mr Pedro was like "Ahh. Everytime
INTERNATIONAL STANDARD. Everytime! Girls put on your number tags. This
is INTERNATIONAL STANDARD, OLYMPIC STANDARD" Lol.
And its only National Juniors la 
Yeah so everyone was pretty
intimidated with SSS. They jumped 10.76, hello?! Shiting, Beiyu and Mr
P said I almost twisted my ankle on the first qualifying jump. Blah.
Second jump I kinda lost IT at the second hop cos the gun for 100m or
smth went off and I just lost focus. Sounds like excuses. Since I only
jumped a measly 8.14 (1st qualifying jump) at my most. Triple jump
sucked la.
Joy kinda eased our nerves though. She
came over to the sandpit and talked to me and Sam and ways to
intimidate the other competitors. Hahaha. NANZHONGQUAN ALLTHEWAY!! Lol.
Thanks to Shiting and Beiyu for the notes! They really helped? Yeah.
Made friends with a few RG jumpers. They know Bea Loo!!Whee I miss that funkayye thing.
Completely broke down after I screwed my 2nd jump. Thanks for everything Sam and Kelly 
I dno. I just started crying again. Totally freaked out for 400m. Then
Mr P came over and said "Fine. You don't want to run? Then don't. I
won't force you" I guess I kinda felt the will and the want? Hahaha.
Then I told him I wanted to run. Lol it's like one of those "WAH SO
NOBLE" scenarios. Hahaha.
Went back to the stand in spikes so I lost a spikenail. Blah.
Ms Tan told me to rest for 20mins then
stretch a bit and do drills before reporting for 400m. Couldn't take
it. Went out of the stadium to chill a while and consulted Joanna and
Penny for pacing. Felt quite ready? Especially since there was so much
encouragement from friends and seniors. Hahaha I love track luh.
Went back in after stretching and saw
the letter (from the doc at Changi Sports Medicine Centre) in my bag so
I gave it to Mr P. It completely SMASHED EVERYTHING.
He and Ms Tan looked at it and he said
"I'm pulling you out of the run and long jump" Then Penny was like "Oh
good! Then you won't have to worry for 400m" When actually I just
felt...HORRIBLE. Awfully sad. Sucked la.
So I went out to BREATHE and relax
abit. And then I saw daddy, mommy and Estelle. They actually came to
see my 400m. So when they asked when it was gna be, I just broke down
again. In front of penny, Kelly and Sam. Reaaally disappointed. Blah.
Mom gave me 30mins and later we went off. I HATED SATURDAY. IT SO SUCKED.
Sunday was pretty okay. WAtched conference at the Lais'. Trent and Casey were being total idiots
He kept making the lizard noise whenever I touched my phone. Blah. And
Casey was practising pickpocketing from my bag. Wow. Haha.
Today..went to NSC. I HAD A CRAZY DOC. SERIOUSLY HE'S FREAKY AND HAS SCARY LAUGHTER. Blah.
Went to school arnd 10.30. Yay.
Aftersch was greeeeaat! Had trng.
There's actually a Track Injury Club!
Consists of Wanteng, Beiyu, Alicia, Jiawen, Melissa and ME! Most of us
got injured during comps. Yeah.
Haha and we were like "Oh how did you get injured?" or "Is your knee/hip/blahblah okay?" FUNNYFUNNYFUNNY.
I didn't mean to tell you to shut up,
Melissa. AWWW. Hahaha! We had 4 sets of 8 exercises to do and I only
managed to do 3. Since Melwee kept yakking ooooooon and oooooon.
(Haha actually I talked a lot too but haha nevermind  )
And I invented spirit mermaid fingers! Ooohlala.
Went to see the triplejumpers of b div. And Mr Pedro asked me "So how's your knee"
and I was like "IT'S OKAYYYY!!REALLY!I CAN JUMP LIKE THEM!" Haha. Then he was like "WAH YOU SURE?"
Me: -nods head- "YES!!"
Him: "WOW MIRACLE AH?"
Me: "YAH I CAN EVEN DO LONG JUMP ON SAT!"
Him: "You rest well"
argh.
Bought bubble tea at NJ! The security guard is niceeee!! Long story.

I did not enjoy today.Yay.
Many many reasons. Includes a lot of people I'm closely associated with...just that I don't tell you girls.
Hmmm. Still deciding between 4x400 or individual 400 since sam and
penny aren't taking the individual 400. Therefore I shall have a better
chance Or I could always join 200 toooo. Blah life has a lot of confusing decisions.
Yeah so anw trng was pretty slack. Mr pedro probably didn't wna overwork us.
Warmups was a game of captain's ball (sec4 vs. sec2). I kept falling
down and getting injured!! Seniors are fun people. Like they go crazy
over this kinda game. Whee.
Rained after warmups so we trained in the basement.
Hha sam was pretty pissed with some adults. Yeah like who doesn't find those adults irritating! Lol.
After the rain stopped we went to the sandpit and changed into spikes
for triple jump. THERE ARENT GNA BE ANY HULAHOOPS FOR US TO JUMP INTO
ON SATURDAY!!HOWWW. I can't IMAGINE&VISUALISE the jump. Blah.
Getting more relaxed over 400m. Yay.
Yeah and tmr I'm only coming to school at 10plus or eleven!!Yay! Miss me, people

today had nsw comp skills thingy aftersch.missed trng and mr pedro was frickin pissed with the sec2s.
met penny and kelly later and they said he told us to come for trng during lunch tmr but then -smth happened- and he was like "NOT INTERESTED IS IT?THEN I DON'T WANT TO SEE YOU TMR!" to penny and kelly.so yeah..kinda in a dilemma.life is a b!@#h!!
blah.and kelly and i went to hci cos I THOUGHT MAX'S DEBATE WAS STILL ON.and when we reached there, the lt4 was empty but it was still cold.so i guess we missed it by 10mins or smth?BLAH!
