| Pass it onskater boys, punk hair, and what people saw as non-academic, lazy, party types...and what people couldn't see was the something more in these guys. They are so different but yet so much in common (the characters that can take them way ahead), and who would of imagine that they came so far, exceled so much . So to all those skeptics aka stupid heads! They're all wrong
- You all are doing just fine, continue to push yourselves and better yourselves. - Always find room for Jesus in your lives, however much or little, - Never look down on others and give understand lots of room!! - In the courts of academics, certificates, schools, and relationships, your all achieving on and off the courts! - But don't stop here...pass it on!
And here's the new kids on the block! Guys/gals, remember to encourage the ones behind us, who knows...one of these days, they might just pass us in doing great things! Like proffesional wrestling or body building. They already got the poses down

| propose to men on quirky leap day
friend came by and showed me her newpaper of leap year quirks. Never heard of the leap year proposal before, and thought it was a funny. Did you know, leap day birthdays get mcdonalds free
mcskillet burrito, lunch at boston market, and morton steak
house (eight markets) offers a special free birthday dinners?!?! Papa john even have a "for all pankind pizza?" Maybe this proposal thing is for reals? Too bad birthday doesn't land on a leap day hahaha
So what is the leapday phnom? "Leap years were added as a way to correct a
timekeeping error in the Julian calendar, which didn't account for the
fact that the earth takes about
365<MD+,%30,%55,%70>1/<MD-,%0,%55,%70>4 days
to circle the sun. To simplify the oddity, our modern calendar tallies
those quarter-days up, every four years, to get Feb. 29...Even
among leap-year days, today is special: It is the first five-Friday
February since 1980 and another won't occur until 2036." - dailynews

| Spring!is just around the corner
80% of American adults do not meet the recommended 30 minutes of moderate level physical activity, 25% Americans are not physically active at all
•Physical activity has all but vanished from our day to day activities as technology helps us become more and more efficient.
•It is recommended that adults get 30 minutes of moderate intensity physical activity on at least five days a week to reduce their risk for disease
•If you are getting 10,000 steps a day, you are most likely meeting this guideline.
•Increases: muscle mass, strength, aerobic capacity, flexibility, balance, cognitive ability, HDL (good) cholesterol, quality of sleep, self esteem, quality of life, basal metabolic rate Its obvious that i need to step up and given a chance to win a nano, a pedometer that i get $10 back incentive doesn't hurt. What better way to welcome Spring, 10,000 steps sponsosred by warner bros and standford.edu. How about it? step it up where ever your at, maybe not for the nano, or a pedometer, but for health =)

| wow, its been a while
just when i'm about to make a xanga comment I forgot my password and had to guess a few times to get it right.
So what to share? How about the airport experience that is something NEW! to me
My take on learning is, we can never be too old or young to learn
something new. That lessons in life can be thought by the youngest of
hearts or the wisest in age. And the only thing i can think of that
stops me from learning is these words "Pride and stubborness."
I was reminded of the simple words of someone younger than me, about giving people chances, not being too quick to judge, to let and treat others as how we like to be treated. Been reading phil 2, about imitating Christ's humility and taking to
heart my attitude, servanthood, humblness, being an encouragement and
how my actions exalts God or not. It didn't occur to me at first but, reading Phil 2 reminded me of those simple words, and what stood out from the passage is this "...each of
you should look not only to your own interests, but also to the
interests of others."
I'm very thankful to have such a broad spectrum of friends to learn and be encouraged from, and that being said, here is what i learned from the airport trip:
Be positive and those around you will be encouraged to be positive
The routine of taking mom to the airport had always been the same,
talking to her about business, and at times heated disccuessions, but
always sending her off with prayer, prayer that just didn't seem right
after an arguement. So instead of the routines, I ask mom if we can
pray from the time we leave our house to the airport. Anything and
everything can be prayed for.... Her parents, her family, our family,
our dreams, for wisdom, safty, health, and so on. In many ways, I can
see the changes as she left the terminal with smiles and a peace of mind.
The picture doesn't do justice, but she was really happy..ok! =)

| I was thinking about friendships, and the ties that bind us together. I'm really encouraged from these words...genuine, able and willing, sincere, selfless, caring, always improving and at best...practicing honesty. These are simple words to say and much harder to act out but when seen, they not only encourage the people around us, but also changes the person from within.
Joel, by the time you read this, you should be in Taiwan. Hope the day at spa 24 aka our cheap 24 hours fitness basketballing, lifting, a dip in the pool, the jacuzzi, steam warm and a warm shower was relaxing. Have a safe trip and congrats to you, your sister, and families! Take care on TAM take lots of pictures.videos. Especially that lovely "wo ai ni" song that your making for the wedding!! hahaha
"Therefore we also, since we are surrounded by so great a cloud of
witnesses, let us lay aside every weight, and the sin which so easily
ensnares us, and let us run with endurance the race that is set before us - Hebrews 12:1"
