My Samsung laptop broke down  can't be turned on any more......

Just spent $1500 fixing the hinge and upgrading the memory. Why ! Why does it happen ?

I am such a good boy ! This should not happen to me !

Woooo........ finally able to go on xanga ! Did you know that xanga, wikipedia, flickr, mingpao etc are all blocked in China ??? Not even fake ip addresses can get around. Who would have thought about that? But thanks to the kind help of King who lent me his VPN account, I am finally able to do so !

Also thanks to Old biscuit who forwarded Hong Kong news to me while I couldn't log on !

Anyways, work is so busy and tiring here. Getting off work at 8-9 every day leaves very little time to do anything else other than work and sleep....

Just went to Beijing by train in the weekend to visit Mike- a nice itinerary planned and organised by the host, no time wasted, so much fun. But when I left I forgot to return Mike's home key to Mike....   haha, so terrible, not the first time already... last time the same thing happened when I visited Tat in NY....

After handing in my dreaded final project, I was so excited about the end of my semester (torture), and wanted to celebrate by eating dinner with friends. So I called up a few friends and arranged a small dinner together. But when I went out I started to have a headache (probably because of lack of sleep), and then it got worse (and worst). Bought some painkillers immediately. Arriving at table, I couldn't stand it anymore, so I left my friends and went to sleep on a bench in the shopping mall. When my friends finished dinner they came to woke me up- headache 90% gone. Then we left and went home.
