• Happy Easter, Friends and Family!

  Greetings from the Betzer Family in South Africa!
  
  We are celebrating Good Friday today with all our little ones at the Lighthouse Children's Shelter! What a privilege to serve the Lord in this great country of South Africa! We are down to the bare staff here as everyone is away now for the Easter Celebration! So all the hands we have here will have to be enough for 35 children!! What a joy and honor it is to love and care for His children! He is the Father to the Fatherless!! Psalms 68:5
  
  It is a beautiful day here today as we have had non stop rain for the past week! Today it is just a bit overcast but beautiful none the less as the sun is trying to peek through the clouds! The kids went hunting for Easter Eggs yesterday and were thrilled with the sweets of course!
  
  We have a new friend here at the Lighthouse who is visiting us from Florida, USA. Her name is Gaylene Kennelly. She is a precious lady who is volunteering at the Lighthouse for 3 months. She has come to love on our children and be a Grandma to them for this time. She has been here for 3 days and already fitting right in to the baby room as we have 11 babies under 10 months old! Her arms are filled with lots of wonder!!
  
  We wish you all a Blessed Easter! I am so grateful for my Lord and Savior and for the sacrifice He made on Calvary for each and every one of us! May you be blessed this Easter as you remember the sacrifice that Jesus went through for you. Praise the Lord, He is alive and seated at the right hand of the Father and is ever interceding for you and for me!
