| We had a nice weekend. We told our boys about the baby and they were both very excited. My SIL, Julie and her family came over on Saturday night and brought KFC for supper....YEAH, no cooking! We played the game Taboo for the evening. Josh seems like he might be coming down with something.
Sunday I was really feeling terrible, I think it was a combination of pregnancy and coming down with something.
And of course we were right....I have a sinus infection and Josh was sent home from school today with a fever. So he will be home tomorrow again. At bedtime he still hada fever of 101.6 so no school for him tomorrow. I am sure he is all broke up about it! NOT!
Well time for me to head to bed, need my rest. I am 8 weeks pregnant now and still feeling real tired, might be this infection though. If you interested in reading more about our pregnancy, how we told our sons, etc.....read my pregnancy journal, Ostara | | |
| TIME TO LET THE SECRET OUT OF THE BAG!!!!
Many of you may or may not be wondering why I haven't written much lately on my blog. Well to be honest, I started another secret blog concerning our journey to conceive another child. I needed a way to talk about our struggles without my family knowing about it etc.....but luckily for us, I am not really struggling anymore. I am currently 7 weeks pregnant. We are expecting our little bundle of joy around October 29th. We are both so very excited!!!

| Not much to say lately....life is good!! We are happy! Today, hubby and I are going to an appointment his ex-wife made for Erik at a psychiatrist to have him evaluated for ADD. I am not looking forward to this at all. His ex-wife drives me nuts. I don't think Erik is ADD, I think he has had a poor upbrining and this is the results, including his low testing on his IQ tests from the school. But Paul's Ex wants an easy fix, just give him a pill like she did her older son and all will be fine. Not so easy, you have to work with Erik to make up for all the missed things you refused to do, like reading him stories, etc. | | |
| Saturday is not going as planned so far. Last night Hubby started having terrible pain like a hernia. It is still going on today and he can barely walk. I personally think it is related to carrying that bookcase yesterday. So we weren't able to go to basketball this morning as Josh had to snowblow us out as DH can't even walk. As soon as we are all showered and dressed, we are heading to the hospital. My poor sweet hubby, I hate seeing him in pain. And Man Oh Man is he in pain. Wish us luck, hopefully we don't have to sit around there all day! | | |
