| | change, it can be scary...exciting...or both. but when a change
takes place there is always the element of the unknown. for quite
a while now i've felt a change needed to take place in chi alpha
and how we "did" ministry. we simply we're not getting the job
done, we had become stagnant, comfortable and and at least in my eyes
increasingly ineffective.
with that being said, change is on the way, and along with it the
element of the unknown. i don't know what this change will bring,
but i do believe it is the direction God would have us to go. i
asked you to pray about the spring semester over the break, i hope you
have and are returning having heard from God. you the student are
the key to this change. are you ready?

hahaha.
well, i graduated in may and have spent the summer in okc, pretty much being useless. since then, i've been working with north american mission board in new orleans and houston. first, i was in new orleans, but then the hurricane came and then i got transferred to houston for the remainder of last semester. i decided i wanted to come back here in january, so here i am. we are housing disaster relief teams that come in, but i love it. i really do. it was so stressful being here at first, but i think i've adjusted, and i love the city and the people i work with. it's so great.
