| Family DinnerI have not seen my grandpa for a long time. He is now weaker and he can't really see well. He can't swallow because he has contraction in his throat. That means he cannot eat, otherwise he will vomit. I feel very bad and frightened. My grandpa always has good health. But it seems that his condition is deteriorating these few years. I know Mom does not feel very well whenever she visits my grandpa. If one day my parents are as old and as weak as my grandpa is now, how do I feel? I would probably be very upset. I don't really want to think what will happen next. It is so depressing.

| WorkWork is ok. I have to work harder and I have to work smarter. Sometimes it is enjoyable, sometimes it is frustrating. I guess I am just senseless and cant think straight now. | | |
| Music and LyricsI watched this movie at least 5 times this week. It is so good. (Note that I am not a big Hugh Grant's fan.) There is a very touching scene where Hugh Grant's Alex performing in a fair and he felt very depressed and embarrassed for performing old/outdated 80s songs in front of a small group om public. But Drew Barrymore's Sophie said everything to cheer him up and gave him support. Although it's just only a few sentences, they already restored Alex's thinning confidence. I feel so touched for this scene. It may seem trivial to other people. But for Alex, the life disappointed him for the past 20 years. Even though the whole world thinks he lost his glory, he still has one fan/supporter standing beside him and helping him go through the hard time. I think it is a great love. Standing beside one another in sicknes, in poverty and when we feel especially fragile and vulunerable means everything to that person. | | |
