有這麼明顯嗎??

我昨天竟然被人家問說你最近是不是失戀還是心情不好還是怎樣....因為她說都看到我 facebook還有msn上面都寫說失眠拉或是一些很down的話語.. 我才恍然大悟..原來我這麼明顯..要是我看到別人這樣我也會覺得有點over甚至有些反感哩... 想開點吧...如果自己不願以走出來別人在怎麼幫都沒有辦法的.. 機會是自己創造的, 開心隨緣就好了囉..

這幾天睡得還算不錯.. 但是睡眠時間還是沒回復正常, 這幾天的goal就是要回復以前早上去運動的習慣...希望可以順利點..

哈哈..沒什麼可以寫的... useless update XD
