  • Little Misteries...

At the beginning of this month I helped one of our beautiful does deliver a set of triplets, two of which we sold last week.  The other doe was only a yearling so the plan was to wait till next year to start milking her.   Well, over the past few months I kept telling mom that the goat looked a little too fat and that she must be pregnant.  Mom said that it was impossible since we keep the buck separate from the does all the time.   Long story short I walked in from school on Tuesday only to find a beautiful new baby in Japhia's arms.  Apparently the impossible is possible.    So Little Misty is the spoiled brat of the house.    If it weren't for babies I think I would lose my mind!   Blessings!  And Happy Spring!

  • Alot has happened this month!  Most exciting is that my darling is coming home from the hospital today.   I've missed him so much!  He got a bad cold and was severly dehydrated and the doctor ended up admitting him for two days.   (For those of you who don't know Dixon is my new adorable kitten.)    I've also ordered two new laptops and ended up sending back one.  I turned 21!!!!!  I was really sick!    Watched old movies!  Gone skiing!  And of course the normal school and work.   And life moves on!

What if you had a bank account which every day would gain $80,400?  The only condition to this account was that a midnight each day the balance in that account would be cleared before adding the $80,400 for the next day.    What would you do?  Would you spend or invest as much of the money each day as you could?    Well, each day contains 80,400 seconds and each day at the end of the day you can't go back and use any of that time.  Use every second of the day so it counts. Invest it in things that will last for eternity.  (Ad by WJTL)
