Hey everyone. I have a lot to say and actually have time to say it. So how has everyones school year going? Mine has been really really really hectic. God has blessed me in so many ways though that it isn't even funny. I've had this huge project that has eaten up every spare moment of my time and started to slip away from spending quality time with God. It was like my devotions were just another thing on my to do list. Then God said to make the sacrifice and spend time with Him anyways. I was like all right and He provided in extraordinary ways. The next day we got a free hour in one of my classes to do whatever we wanted, and our project due date got moved back a day. God is amazing. That was only the beginning. I went hunting for my first time on I think August 23, and God provided me a dear and also the ability to shoot it cleanly. It turned out to be a 9 point and it was just amazing. The same day I went canning at the MSU Notredame game and it was insane. We had so many bottles and cans that we had to stop picking them up. God said just watch and see how I can bless you and He sure did. Just yesturday He gave me a goal in soccer when the ball bounced off the goaly and pushed it in. The list goes on and on. So yeah I just wanted to praise Him for all he has done and is going to do. Finally, I started leading our school bible study and it was really sweet how God just took over and spoke through me. At first I started out all choppy and nervous and then all of a sudden it started to flow and I didn't even know what I was saying. Just pray for me that this bible study makes a difference and really reaches through to people. Also I need prayer because God is really opening some doors for me to speak about Him. Pray that he speaks through me and does His work. In Him

Hey everyone. Wow two updates in single month. This is pretty good. Anyways, my first week at school was pretty good. It's sweet because I have 3 science classes this semester, but it's also a lot of work. God really provided for me and I praise Him for how he worked everything out. I had very little sleep and yet still could focus and he's helped me to meet new people. I was actually depressed the first day of school because I didn't know anyone in my classes but as the day went on things got better. Soccer has been pretty bad. Only 2 of our12 players are not injured in some way and our leading scorer is out for the year with a broken wrist. I guess we'll just have to do our best, and it's still fun to run around. Hopefully everyone else is doing ok. I would always appreciate prayer for me and my school. It hasn't been as easy as I thought it would be but God's grace is sufficient. I just need to stay connected with Him. Cya

Hey everyone. I'm really sorry that I have again been gone for sooo long. As usual it has been really busy because soccer started up. This is our first year as a varsity sport. Sadly we don't work as hard as at Lansing Christian and need to get in better shape. Also school starts this Tuesday. It's bitter sweet because I don't want all the work but I'm excited to see what God is going to do. Please continue to pray that I would have an obedient heart and God would use His people to change lives. I don't want to miss out on what He has planned. Oh also I was reading in Genesis about Joseph and how he stayed committed to God. Throughout his whole experience of injustice he stayed true to God and God blessed him. It's amazing to see how wether we deserve it or not God blesses His people and provides for them. At the end Joseph said to his brothers God not you brought me to Egypt to save many people or something like that. He accepted the Lords will even when it wasn't fun and allowed God to still be in control. I find that amazing. Well cya

Wow it has been a really long time. Sorry guys. I've been at camp and everything just has been piling up. Soccer has started and I'm really enjoying playing again after a year off. Anyways, God has been doing some big changes in my life since camp. I could write forever about all the cool things He has done this summer but I'll stick with the big ones. First, Family camp was sweet and I had a great time. One night the speaker talked about how we have moved Christ out of the center of our lives and off to the side of Galgatha. That really hit me because really my relationship with Him had been all about me. How he coudl benefit me and provide for all my needs. However I made a committment to be all His nomatter what. To be a follower of Christ not just a believer. It was so awsome I can't even really describe it. I also have been hearing the call to be a missionary for a while and He brought a lot of people in my life to confirm that. He always works in mysterious ways. Anyways, I've heard the call and just don't know where yet or anything like that. Right now He wants me to reach out to my school. I know He is going to do some big things this year and please pray that His people will step up and be used for Him. "The fields are ripe but the workers are few." I want to be used for Him; for others to know that I am a Jesus freak or whatever you want to call them. I don't want there to be any doubt of where my strength and purpose come from except from Christ. So yeah pray that I will be bold for Christ. He will go before me and will prepare the way. I just need to be obedient to Him. There's no time to sit around and let these people die in their sin any longer when they can have salvation in Christ.

I would like to tell you guys so much more but I'd rather do it in person. We have 1 more month of freedom and hopefully I can schedule something where we can get together for a couple of days. I need some ideas of who is available when so I can set something up. You know I'm a procrastinator so the sooner the better. Otherwise I might not be able to pull it off. Cya hopefully soon.

Man I am really sore. We have had basketball practice every mornign then I went weight lifting and then played a double header of baseball. I actually got to pitch which was fun but it's been a while. Sports are sooo much fun but they can be really exhausting. Anyways that's been about it lately for me. Life has been intersesting though and God has really been working on me. I can't say I always like it or even understand what He's doing but that's when I have to keep trusting in Him. I was reading in Revelations about how the church was doing everything that God wanted them to do, but had forsaken their first love. I really relate to them because sometimes following Christ feals like a burden and I forget the joy we have as Christians. Pray for me that I would have God's mindset and actions rather than my own. It's easy to say but not easy to do. Only with HIs strength can we overcome anything.

Oh by the way I think I might be taking my sister to her softball game in East Lansing on Wednesday and maybe we could try to meet up earlier in the day or something. Cya
