I thought I would write them down and share with whoever still reads this thing(if anyone) but more than anyone I wanted them for myself.

1. You can never find the right person if you can never let go of the
wrong one, but at the same time the moment you feel like letting go,
you remember why you held on for so long. Sometimes you have to forget
what you love, & Remember what you DESERVE!"

2.Life is too short for drama and petty things, so kiss slowly, laugh insanely, love truly, and forgive quickly.

3. Life may not always be the party we hoped for, but while we are here, we might as well dance.

4. Many of us sit in the backseat of life and let someone else do all the driving. That's okay if you dont care where the car's going. To set the course in the direction you want to go, you have to take the wheel. You have to drive!- Judy Mae Bingman

5. Bo who you are and say what you feel, because those who mind don't matter and those who matter don't mind.

6. For a long time it seemed to me that life was about to begin- real life. But there was always some obstacle in the way, something to be gotten through first, some unfinished business, time still to be served, a debt to be paid. At last it dawned on me that these obstacles were my life. This perspective has helped me to see there is no way to happiness. Happiness is the way. So treasure every moment you have and remember that time waits for no one. Happiness is a journey, not a destination. - Souza

7. Don't wait for the storm to pass; learn to dance in the rain.

Saturday, August 11, 2007

I have discovered a new song and I love the lyrics. It reminded me of another song that my uncle taught me in high school about Saturday Night and Sunday Morning. When I find it Ill share it with ya!

"Between Raising Hell And Amazing Grace"

I was raised by the good book
learned to work hard every day
Thought that if you can't say something good
there's nothing good to say
And I caught on pretty early it's no use to work
no harder than you play
So I guess that's how I ended up this way

[Chorus:]
Somewhere between raising hell and amazing grace
Is a place I keep finding myself
Yeah I get a little crazy trying to have a little fun
Then I end up back where I started from
Down on my knees, I pray
Oh Lord let me see another day
Somewhere between raising hell and amazing grace

Well I give everything I got, try to give more than I take
For Heaven's sake I keep on smiling
no matter what comes my way
And I may be passin' out on Friday night
But come Sunday I'll be passing the collection plate

[Chorus:]
Somewhere between raising hell and amazing grace
Is a place I keep finding myself
Yeah I get a little crazy trying to have a little fun
Then I end up back where I started from
Down on my knees, I pray
Oh Lord let me see another day
Somewhere between raising hell and amazing grace

Yeah I know I'm a sinner, but I've got faith
Oh my good side is what he's gonna see
When I'm standing at them Pearly Gates
He'll have nothing but mercy for me

[Chorus:]
Somewhere between raising hell and amazing grace
Is a place I keep finding myself
Yeah I get a little crazy trying to have a little fun
Then I end up back where I started from
Down on my knees, I pray
Oh Lord let me see another day
I def. do not like having to get use to a schedule. I am really struggling with that. I love to stay up way to late and I hate to get up super early. I am such the night person and it has really come out this summer more than anything. Ah summer. Its pretty much over for me now and I am def sad about that. I have enjoyed my summer so much this year. I have spent every moment with my family and our closest friends. That is the way to do it. I am going to miss just getting in the car and going when we decide we want to. For example last wednessday night about 10:30 we decided to head to Josh's to watch a movie and hang out. Awesome... that is the way life should be!!!

Today made me realize that I could never sit behind a desk all day. It is not my cup of tea. I can hardly sit here for that long. I have set at our computers all day mapping out our curriculum or curriculum allignment. Its not that difficult it is just a lot of work! It is a lot of looking at strands, standards, frameworks, numbers, objectives, essential questions, preforamance task, rubric, evidences, etc.... My classroom is finally starting to look like a classroom instead of a garbage heap. On monday I came up here and got a ton of stuff done however I still have plenty to do, I moved my desks around like 9 times. People who have classroom in elementary schools will understand that. When you teach everything you have to have room for everything not just one subject so it takes a bit more organization. Yes I can actually have organization so hush. I have to in my classroom or I am a total mess and its not fair to my students.

Well I am tired of sitting in the dang chair so I am saying farwell, love you all !!!

Tuesday, July 24, 2007

Check this out... The whole reason we got to come home this early in the summer was becasue of Andy and Erin's wedding. (Which was FANTASTIC). After the wedding we came back home for a few days then went back down to Lakeland to spend the week with my sibilings. This week is one of my favoritve weeks in the whole stinkin year. I couldn't make ya understand how much I love it and how much fun we actually have. Dan Dan got to particiate in some of it this year. It is an experience of a lifetime. Here are a few pics from the week.

Lots of tubbing:

*Disclamier: extermely dangerous to your personal wellbeing and safety.

Lots of crash and burn:

*Anywhere you fall asleep is fine this week. *

*yes even in the shower where you and your cousins made a fort!

A trip to the beach and to see the shuttle launch

*arent we a crowd* 23 in total

Car Rides where also lots of fun!!!!

Tuesday, May 29, 2007

ALRIGHT!!!! But dermatologists warn-- tea isn't the cure all for skin cancer. We got permission to go on our field trip after it had been canceld and we had three days to get it all together and I must say it all went pretty smooth. This morning my class has been saying joshism all day. It's funny how someone that they've never met that just paid attention to them for one day and was geniune with them how much they eat that up. I even had a girl want to know if Josh has a girlfriend! I laughed. My boys were the most excoted about him at the end of the day and are still talking about him. On Tuesday Case is coming with me to school and they cant wait again for a male to pay geninue attention to them! Thank you guys for helping my kids. I love you both for it. It means more to them than you will ever know.

I am in the middle of packing my classroom and it is exteremly weird to be placing everything in boxes! My room has gone from full and homey to empty and sertile. I am ready for Wednesday. Last day of school for me(poor other people have two more after that), Road trip home and then.... just being HOME!!!!!!

I started playing Mommy already and it is really hard while Im still in school. Yesterday after a long day at the zoo I picked Malley Jayne up. I actually lefy Mia Grace at the daycare(which I think about killed me but i needed to)M.J and I got home and she decided that she wanted to talk to her Josh so for 15 minutes she wrote 1 text message to send him. Then she wanted to make cookies. Okay we can do that. So when they are in the oven she decides that she wants to make some for her Josh. Luckliy Ronda was going to see him that night. So she makes a card for him to go with the cookies, rips up wax paper to put in with the cookies and then we get ready for swim practice. I could not get the stupid cap on her head. I suck at that. Those things are not user friendly. She grabs her cookies and we head to rondas on our way to practice. We get to practice(still no cap on her head) she gets right in the pool and swims like crazy up and down that pool. She is really cute. I love her so very much. I cant wait to spend the time with her this summer. She wants to come with us to Florida ( and she might) so that would be some awsome quality Jenny and Malley time.

Anyhoos , looking forward to a lot in the next couple of days. Everyone take care and have a good long weekend!

Wednesday, May 23, 2007

Bryan added to our family last night

Our newest family member is Brecklyn. She is a two month old chocolate lab. Baliey ignored her last night and Brooke smelled her, barked at her and backed her into a corner and contiuned barking at her. This morning Brooke and Brecklyn where sharing the pillow, curled up together. Super cute We took them all outside this morning to play for a little while before school and Bailey has now decided that she likes Brecklyn. Baliey started running her nascar circles and Brecklyn was hopping all over the place trying to catch her. Then I had to wipe Bailey off to take her back inside and when I went to touch her Brecklyn got to close and Bailey bit her! Jealous toot! My beautiful girls love her also. Mia Grace and Malley Jayne helped us name her and Mia Grace was the one that actaully started calling her Breckyn and it stuck. So now we have Baliey, Brooke, and Brecklyn.

Tuesday, May 15, 2007

More Ramblings from Jenny:

These past couple of weekends have been fun. I have really enjoyed just hanging out with the ones I love the most, Bryan, Daniel, Josh, Casey, Kayla, Amber, Malley, and Mia, I am really blessed to have such wonderful people in my life. I don’t know what I would do without any one of them. I love you all!

Well this past weekend was fun to say the least. Mom flew in on Thursday and we really enjoyed having her here. It is always nice to have family at home. This weekend was amazing. I needed the love and comfort from friends and family more than ever.

I miss my Daniel so stinkin much! I didn’t realize how much I would. I think that this time its because I know that he wont be back in 2 weeks or for even that matter maybe at the end of the summer(you suck Daniel). When the door opens I expect to see Daniel. but no luck :0( Speaking of missing people Mia Grace is having withdraws. She is wanting everyone and to know where everyone is. Where Daniel? Where Josh? Where Kayla? Where Casey? I can’t wait to have our own. They will be so lucky just to have the attention that is bestowed on Mia and Malley..

School sucks as usual. We were told that we could take a field trip so we got it approved, made reservations, sent out permission notes, collect money, the whole nine yards for next Wednesday then this morning I get a knocked at my door. Its my principal who is now saying no you cant go. What the freakin crap. Just when I think that I can make it next year something like this makes me realize that its not! Just pray that I can find a job somewhere. I am going to actively seek another one!

I am so ready for the next two weeks to be over for many different reasons.
