Have thou forsaken me or have I forsaken myself? Constantly, trapped in a swirling desert storm that goes and leave when it pleases, acquaintances and mutual contact during the brief periods of tranquil peace of the storm are always lost when the storm returns. Perhaps I simply no longer have the will to continue drifting through the sands of time or that I have no desire to leave the abyss solidarity because there is nothing worth leaving. Some might consider this an eternal hell or labyrinth driven to destroy the mind, I, however, call it life.

holy crap, its been like ages since I updated on xanga. I wonder if anybody is still following and in which case, you have my greatest thanks hahaha for being interested in someone who updates on what seems like a quarter-yearly basis. I have blue hair for all those who have not caught the word yet or seen the token asian smurf. Been such a few slow months argh. Dropped a pro-lesbian humanities class after making the mistake of insulting my professor's kind. Other than that, my life's been going in a circle.

RAIN!!! URGH!! Absolutely sleepy to look at it and repulsive thinking about going out into. Slows down traffick and makes everyone late. Call me superstitious, but nothing ever good ever comes when it rains and I leave my bed. Whether it be bad tv or series of unfortunate events that just utterly ruins your day. Once again, there is just no justice or a sense of fairness in this world. No matter how much of a head start you have or having the better hand or knowing you don't derserve whatever mark or consequence that's coming to you.

Another month has passed. I've begin thinking I subconsciously updating my blog once a month, but that maybe its just psych class having an effect on me. Been a long month and all my worryings about my first midterm (that's right to all those jealous readers, ONE), paper, and presentation. Its interesting that I'm still alive after showing a picture of dildo for my Humanities presentaiton despite being a mainly a feminist class tho all the guys thought it was a hit. What is it with short papers?? They seem to be the main view of freshmen because you get penalized for writing too much or not expressing the content clearly enough. York maybe the second highest paying institution (not sure in Ontario or Ontario wise, but UofT was first), but damn its pathetic seeing a prof be a TA to a class that he doesn't teach (presumably part-time). I mean only way to be a TA and prof is if you're fulltime and teaching your own tutorial as a TA.
Commencement was a hoot, mucho better than previous years stuck sitting there in the bad (damn 6 hr doublecohort commencement). Party rocked tho I was shorthanded in my coolers. Always a pleasure seeing former classmates and how much worse they have it at their new schools compared to me.Alot has happened to each of us and many of us changed more than we realize. Appearances, relationships, attitudes, voices, thinking patterns, the works.
Totally unrelated and quite possibly a spur of the moment, but damn what is with me and girls and solitaire? I DUN WIN. That's my point, yesh, Homer Simpson was right in saying that trying is the first step to failure because it truly is.
I believe TTC's commitment to its *koff* loyal riders that it should provide safe, efficient, and FAST service. Then why does a bus, despite not being in rush hour, go soo slowly that it has to stops at traffic lights except one. If the bus doesn't work, don't put it on the road, otherwise it better not go extremely slow in a pointless situation.
I think that everyone has realized this about tuition, books, and classes. Are we simply paying thousands of dollars a year to attend examinations and be given assignments?? Because that's simply how it is when lecture notes are posted ahead of time and everything is straigthforward out of the textbooks. I'm sure many of you have heard about the profs talking about how its the same being in class and juss reading off the lecture notes and textbook, but is it the same dammit!! And what's this nonsense about taking off the price freeze on tuition fees and increasing it?? Does the government not realize that we students are the future of the community? That if we don't have a future, then we can't afford to pay inevitable tax hikes to cover the pensions for our parents?
Also, either the new Moutain Dews at York is either spiked with vodka or it was already like that because I swear I can taste it, however its flavour black grape might have something to do with it. Social lives are nonexistant almost when your uni is so damn far from everything remotely entertaining!!! Honestly, rez people are the best because they bring and create the parties to themselves. Any rez occupant will tell ya that!!

Wow, its been a long yet fast month. The next month is really been insane with midterms and papers. Pretty long tiring school days with only time left at the end of the day for sleep. Classes are mildly interesting though my soc sci class is quite redundant with Adam Smith's Wealth of Nations. I'm pretty sure those that took economics know what I'm talking about; economic theories are just about the most boring theories you can talk about. Have to read like 30-50 pages each week alone for psych. Debating if I should even change my major next year considering I overlooked the med. degree requirement in a psychiatric profession; however, counseling is really something I wanna get into as well. Starting to think tuition fees are quite ridiculus because in theory, we're really paying thousands a year to be affiliated with an university and go do tests, papers, and presentations as most of the lectures are quite straightforward with the lecture notes being online and how its straightforward outta the textbooks. Oh yeah, night classes aren't really that bad; in fact they're pretty good compared to day classes and online courses because the profs are usually tired by the end of the day and end up letting students go early.
