Thailand trip on 3-6 Oct 2007

Finally finished my QP examination, a time to take a break and travel again~~ I tried my best to travel to 3 different areas in a year, and Thailand was perhaps my last destination this year :)

Joe bday 21 Aug 2007 and life

Time has always flied so quickly and I'm becoming 24. Actually I always wishing if  I'm young... 

This is the birthday hambergur that I ate~~~ Thanks to audit... so that I have to work until 2.30am in the morning......!!

But I could off early on my birthday night. Really thanks a lot for Henry in helping me to locate the restaurant~ so that we get 2 tables ready with the SEAVIEW and taking the pictures for us. Also thanks to yam yam for preparing the gift section! and all the people come to my birthday party which makes me feel so fortunate to have dear friends like you :)

It's nice that Mr. Shen is researching the real estate industry in China, which actually conincide with the job I'm doing, hope to learn more from him later on~

The art of tea of Purer, which is a very popular tea when we have in Chinese restaurant. However, a very good keep of purer of 60s can cost more than 10 thousands per "biscuit"~ have you ever try?

I was carrying over a chicken in the garden! well, do you think I'm already infected with H5N1~~ don't be so black heart! surely i'm not!!! 

I seen this ship on the sea side of the Tsim Sha Tsui, which is delicate for the foreign travller, wihch is quite special

The dishes treated by my dear colleague Alvin after he earned money from stock market, so envy him.

The oyster that is so delicous~ in the same japanese restarant in causeway bay henry house 2/f.

Well, after the recommendation by Anne, I've gone to the Soho East in HK. There got a lot of good restaurant there. I settled down in one of the restarant and have chosen the lobster with the lamb. It's really delicious and I'm so full after the dish!

Finally. I've my first Rolex watch~~~ You know guy need 10 things to be a guy, and one of it is to have a switzerland-made watch, and I get it now. :)

My dear CSP roommate - Pong come to visit me from Thailand, he seems so smart as before~ I've toured him around Mong Kok, Yau Ma Tei and to Tsim Sha Tsui finally~ it seems that he did like the food in HK and the desert too!

The right at the right is Pong's girl friend - Tuun, she like the flower at the back~ I just wonder if all the girls like flower ? heee.

Ocean Park - 29 July 2007

Especially thanks to Yam Yam in bring the free entrance ticket to Ocean Park, or I'll have no chance to revisit Ocean Park again. We've total 7 people and have a nice time there :)

Trip to Western Europe - part 2

You see the Wind Mill~ Yeah, we're already in Holland

We've encountered a very special festival in Germany, guess what? It's the homosexual festival~ here are the guys that are xxxx :) 

Yea. I'm touch the milk cow~ and going to see it real the next day

After a comfortable sleep I've finally arrived Holland. The place is specialized for us to see the wind mill, the production process of the cheese, and the wooden shoe as well. All those are the characteristics of Holland.

Yes. Those are different style of the wooden shoes, I think it's quite a color background

This is the atomic strucutre (原子能塔), which is actually an exhibition centre~ do you recognize if I'm doing sth like in the Dragon-Z? heee

Yea. We've left for the Brussel, a very small city~ and been to the so called the most beautiful square in the world. The building at the back is made of the gold foil~ :)

This is the sculpture of the poor saint person, by touching the head will bring you good luck :) may I also wish you good luck here.

Well, just a few hours travel we've been to the London, and I've especially taken this picture as it means that city people actually have less and less idea about the time, as they only indulge in their work, and perhaps missed their datings, their lunch time, etc, which is really sad :(

I'm touching the top of the Eiphie Tower!! I love this picture so much ~ but many of my friends said that this picture was so fake :)

Well, shopping was not my interest~ however, windows shopping is totally acceptable for me~ This picture is taken in the Galeries Lagayette, with a very elegant dome-shape decoration at the head~

Some more words about the trip:

I'm really glad and enlightened by Europe. I really hope that if I could spend some time of my life living there. The historical scene and the relaxing environment really come as an impact to me, that contrary to my boring working life and leading a busy life.

I like the switzerland and paris the most, the former one is really relaxing and I could really feel I'm going on the holiday, while Paris is very dynamic~

I hope if I have the chance to re-visit again! yea, Europe, I'm coming!

My first trip travel outside Asia in adolescene - Western Europe

 Originally, I thought it would never be able to go to Europe when our graduation trip cancelled due to various reasons, and laterz our graduation trip was changed to going to southern Taiwan instead. Despairly, I've just wish if I could travelled to Europe one day. Luckily, I get two weeks empty schedule with my job and I've applied the leave, and fortunately get approved, and that how's the story starts...

1st station - Rome, Italy

The beginning of the jorney was to Rome, a very important arena in the history, in which all the law, mathematics and all the intellilecture actually starts here. The one at the back is the famous Colosseum, the place where the prisoner fighted with the lion to entertain the king.

The sourvenir sold just next to the Colosseum, each selling like 3 Euro (~HK$30). When I just arrived Rome I feel uneasy with all the things look extremely expensive to me. You have to pay for like 3 Euro for a bottle of water in which you can pay only one-tenth of money in buying another similar one in HK convinence shop. It seems you can't even buy a pocket of candy with 2 Euro.

This is the typical "stall" on the street, you can see it was actually a vehicle~ and what is it special? you can buy snacks, drinks and more importantly the very delicious Italian icecream there!!

This is the so-called "Wishing Well". There is a saying that you should drop the coin at the back of yourself. The first wish is usually to return back to the Rome, and the second wish is to get a happy marriage... and no one will dare to drop the 3rd coin, as it means to get divoice.... :(

This is the picture taken in the Vatican (梵蒂岡), the place where the Pope (the head of the Catholics) situated.

This is the St Peter Church, it's really a very very big church and I feel I'm so "small unit" in the Church. I pray to the God and hope that he will guide me through the way of the life..

These are the postcards I've bought in the Vatican, and it has a stamp that could only be found there~~~ (you can't use it when you go to Italy)

Hey, I'm on the boat trip to the Venice!!

This is the bridge in which the "dead-sentence" prisoner walked through before they are punished, and it's called the 嘆息橋 as they can only look at the beautiful Venice at their last sight.

Well, going to travel by train?  Not so, just naught getting on the train

Yes. I'm now in the switzerland, on a "night" boat trip which is around 7pm at night!

This is taken from the "snow mountain" Titlis (鐵力士峰) , not a very famous one but it allow people to go out and try the feeling of the snow~~
