We just condemned North Korea for testing a nuclear bomb yet  we've performed  1054 tests between 1945  and 1992, and we're the only nation to have used nuclear weapons to kill people, and as of 1999, the U.S. was said to have 12,000 nuclear weapons of all types stockpiled.   Seem s to me as if we may a bit more  dangerous than North Korea.

India did the same and no we're "sharing technology" with them. Israel did the same and we arm them with WMDs. Pakistan did the same and they are our buddies. If we had any kind of policy on this, we might be able to argue...
