  • couldnt fall asleep last night, slept in, and then had to go to work, so no breakfast for me.
    (whoops)

    lunch wasn't until 4:00 because i was busy

    sloppy joe - 250 cals
    pizza slice - 200 cals
    coke zero - 0 cals

    since the cafs close early on fridays dinner will have to be eaten out, and since the show is tonight and i have errands to run, the gym will have to wait for tomorrow.

    dinner will probably be...subway, 1/2 of a 6 inch sub and a water. save the rest for tomorrow.

    don't think i'll eat anything at the show. it's at a club, not exactly conducive to eating, unless you're 21.

    tomorrow, i'm not busy so a long time at the gym is possible, lots of stretching, cardio, abs, and weights.

    what this site is:
    -a way to keep track of my eating/excersising habits
    -a place for me to post periodical pictures of how i'm doing, etc.
    -a way to keep me accountable
    -a place to share my weight loss journey

    What this site IS NOT:

    -a starvation, purging, etc site.
    -a place for negative comments
    -a place for medical advice... ask your doctor for that
    -a place for thinspo, etc. those pictures are harmful, and promote an unhealthy body image.

  • diet plan.

    to lose at least 5 pounds every month, or until i reach 135-130 lbs.
    before march 2009 (spring break, my 21st birthday)

    -limit caloric intake at the beginning to 2000 cals
    -then scale back to 1750
    -finally 1500 calories a day

    excersie plan:
    -45 minutes cardio AT LEAST 5 times a week
    -increase of running every time till i can run 3.1 miles for a 5k
    -weights everytime i do cardio
    -abs 3 times a week

    meals - limited to 500 cals (to start)
    snacks - 2 allowed (must be low fat, and HEALTHY) limited to 250 cals each.

    drinks - at least 8 glasses of water a day (or 2.5 nalgenes)
    only diet and CLEAR sodas (diet sprite) limit to lunch only!
    only skim milk allowed
    1 cup of black coffee a day (use a straw!)

    eat breakfast EVERYDAY. no skipping of meals

    -no eating past 8pm.
    -one glass of water before every meal
    -when eating out, ALWAYS water and a salad, lite or NO dressing

    -no fried foods.
    -acceptable desserts are fruit, rice cakes, etc. and count towards meal/snack calories.

    write down every calorie intake, and all excersie (approximate) output.

    weigh ins everyday, and measurments every week.
