It has been a long time. Unfortunately this will be a short post because I have to get up very early and finish my speech i am working on. Then iron my clothes and finish packing. I am going to Tulsa Ok. until monday for the National Reining Horse Affiliate Finals where I will be running for a delegate position. Sorry I have to go it is really late.

It has been a long time since I posted, but with good reason. I have been quite busy with school, horses, work and calves. I have been trying to ride between it raining and working, but it has not been very successful. I am still working at the vet clinic and love it. Now I have two calves that I am bottle-feeding. One of the cows that I own was having trouble calving so my grandpa pulled the calf. Anyway, the cow would not accept the calf, so I now bottle-feed him along with the other little heifer.

It was really funny the other day, Moo-moo, the little heifer, chased Caleb to the gate. While he yelled "demon possessed cow". Then yesterday, K opened the front door and found her licking the front door knob. I tried to explain to him that "She doesn’t know the difference between doorknobs, trailer hitches and rubber nipples". Our favorite game to play is run away from Moo-moo before she licks you to death or drools all over you.

Well I need to go and feed the calves, dogs, horses and cat.

What a glorious life on the farm!

I am having a wonderfully quiet afternoon. Everybody is in town. It gets pretty loud around here with just two brothers. I can only imagine what it is like to have more than two.
