| hey everyone.... this weekend, derron (former youth pastor) and howay (andrew yang) and I will be riding 150 miles for the MS150 bike-a-thon in pennsylvania. It's gonna be a long grueling ride, but we're raising money to fight mulitple sclerosis, a painful devastating disease.
