| I had the worst headache yesterday!ugh! It started around 1 and lasted all night! Luckily it's gone now. I got up this morning and worked out. It was hard :( I walked 5 min, ran 10 min, walked 5 min, ran 5 min, walked 5 min.....not as good as I was hoping for, but it's better than nothing! I'm so ready for it to get nice outside so I can run around campus and get some new scenery! I'm eating the same thing as yesterday, so not much new there! Only 3 hours of class today yay! | Sorry it's been so long! Last time I wrote it was nearing the end of the quarter and finals were stressing me out and I just got back from a week in Florida! It was aaaawesome not to have any worries or cares in the world! Although, that means I ate and drank like a huuuuge PIG! So I'm doing a detox diet until Friday to clean my body up. This is what I'm eating: B: apple with peanut butter, V8 Fusion S: rice cake L: soup, quinoa pilaf S: carrots and hummus D: rice with veges, applesauce I did the eliptical for 30 minutes this morning and it was not fun. I didn't work out all week on break and it killed me! Sure, I walked along the beach a lot, but it was nothing like running or doing the eliptical. I just want to be in shape for formals (in a month) and for this summer!!! | | |
| So I'm almost to the end of my hell week filled with exams, and presentations...thank goodness!! My food intake hasn't been so hot. My mom sent me a box of chocolate and I've been eeeeeeating them a LOT! :( *sigh* I don't think I'm going to measure today. I'm bloated too which doesn't help. My stupid birth control is pissing me off. I'm on the stuff that you only have 4 periods a year. Well, when I started it I knew that I would spot and I definitely did for the first 2 cycles I think. Well, this is the end of my 5th cycle I believe and I started spotting again!! WTF? I read the package insert and it said to expect spotting after being on it for awhile. So will I spot every cycle now?? UGH! This is not good for my sex life! If I'm still spotting today I'm going to have to tell my bf that I'm off limits until it stops...this SUCKS!!! I'm looking in to switching my birth control bc this is just stupid. | | |
| So some of my measurements were up and some were down Thursday...so I didn't write any of them down....I hate when I do poorly! I'm so mad at myself for gaining weight! I worked out this morning which doesn't usually happen on the weekend and I ate pretty normally. I'm hoping tomorrow will go just as well. My interview on Thursday went well I think! I find out if I got the job sometime next week. I really hope I get it!!! I studied aaaall day today! I'm talking 11am-8pm with only a few study breaks. It was NOT fun! By 8pm my brain was soooo fried! I'm doing it all again tomorrow though. This next week is going to be hell for me, but I can get through it! Stay strong ladies | | |
| Sorry it's been about a week since I've written. I've been pretty busy and I haven't been doing very well. My dinners have been quite large this week. Today I'm supposed to measure and I'm sort of nervous. I really have to make next week awesome. Next week I have SO much going on I (hopefully) won't have time to eat a lot! My working out has been good though. 30 minutes every day. I have a job interview today for a summer internship and then I'm going to stay with my boyfriend! I'm so excited!! I'm not spending the weekend with him this weekend, because I have to study and prepare for next week...it really is going to be THAT bad! Stay strong ladies! | | |
