Michaeleen and I battle, and britt tries to save us!!
the past week/weekend has been the most fun in my entire life, and has made me really happy.
Reasons...
1. Samantha Findlay
this girl is not only an awsome softball player for Michigan she also helped change softball for all players who live east of the Missippi. Hitting a homerun in the top of the 10th gave Michigan the lead over UCLA that they could never get back. So thank you University of Michigan, for being the first team east of the missippi to ever win a NCAA title. Thanks a lot.
2. This weekend period.
So first off Friday night I had a game against Northampton who my lovely, Shannon plays for. We won.  After the game Shannon came with me to Carlisle, which is a 2 hour and 45 minutes car ride. All I can say is we were laughing the whole time, especially when my dad stole things at KFC and when Shannon ordered 21 shrimp.
When we finally got to the hotel we find our team and parents with Bill playing guitar and singing. It was cool. So after we all hung out and got some shower caps, Shannon and I decided to go to bed. I have learned valuable things over the weekend about Shannon and one of them is-do not i repeat do not sleep with her. 1. she pushes you off the bed 2. she kicks you. But when we woke up we walked for a longgg time to Giant and gas stations and K mart searching for a slushie. Shannon never got hers.
We won the first game, no problem. Second game we lost. But first let me tell you about the pitcher for the other team.

The 3rd game was probably the best of our entire season. It was the 5th or 6th inning and we were down 3-0. I come up. 2 outs. Bases loaded. 2 strikes. BOOM. I smoke one over the left fielders head and its double. I was really nervous but then we won the game and it was awsome. Completely awsome.
Sunday, so we seeded 6th out of 16 teams and ended up having to play the same team that we lost to before, again. We lost but this time we almost beat them. It was tied and a girl killed one over the fence. But at the end of the game we had to give MVP medals. Everyone thought we would give it to the girl who hit the homerun. But we gave it to the right fielder even though she didn't do anything. The fat coach was like "number 7? the black girl??" it was so mean. So the girl who hit the homerun was crying?? what a baby.
The last game was awsome, not only cause we won but because of the man in the nice blue shirt aka the umpire.
He was soo gorgeous and every time he bent over to dust the plate all the moms would be cheering and clapping. So Dani told me when I got up to "accidentally" kick some dirt on the plate. haha. i did.
