| VNMS reunion hahahaha was pretty awesome.
from left to right:
me, vincent (dude, we used to chow down foot longs in 6th grade), willy (..looks exactly the same cept a foot taller), hansol (haha..well i saw him last summer), sunny (bff from 6th grade, havent seen her since 8th grade, it was nice), and andy (i actually talk to him like everyday, he's not that special  ).
left vnms after just one year..
i havent seen most of these guys since 8th grade (had a lil reunion)
but when i hung out with them today, it wasn't awkward at all. it seems like...i just talked and saw them like a week ago.
some of my old friends couldn't make it today..but oh wells. it was still good to see the ones that came today again.
everyone seriously looks exactly the same. no one's really changed.
sunny looks the same
willy looks the same...cept facial hair
hansol and andy look the same
vincent...just contacts...but still the same.
i changed the most. hahaha. wow. i look totally different.
realized i actually missed these guys today.
i like how we all make contact with eachother as we're all leave to college....perfect timing guys. hahah -___-
friggin willy mann is going to the east coast. wont be seeing him for a while.

but it's true and it just surprises me. 
i start school on monday. sigh.
college. haha. meh.

| so i joined the gym on sunday. worked out a bit. did some weight training...running..
i wasnt that sore the next day.
today i had an appointment with a personal trainer dude.
he asked me what 2-3 things i wanted to work on the most: abs, upper arms, and inner thighs.
so we got to work.
i worked out with him for an hour...and after...my muscle were shaking like crazy. omg.
it makes a big difference working out the RIGHT way...right posture..right position...right everything.
i have a feeling i'm going to be really sore tomorrow..
and im going to disneyland tomorrow! ah well. i love disneyland. i can move my muscles for it.
YAY DISNEYLAND!
